my toddlers chicken nugget kids meal had hot red coating on it and could have really hurt him. I waited 15 minutes in front of the reasturant where they told me to wait after going through drive through and nobody showed. walked in to see my toddlers kids meal on the counter and nobody doing their jobs. The nuggets had hot red pieces on it and both those and the fries were cold and old. Don’t go here if you want to have food you trust to give your kids. I even called later to tell them all this information and they denied it completely and were incredibly rude. 0/5 stars.

Order food this morning from the drive-thru. They messed up order twice. first time food was missing and when we got home there was no meat in the bun. How are you going sell a breakfast burger with out the burger patty. Honestly would give zero stars if it was a option. Staff is really lazy and rude

Tristen and the younger girl he was working with did a great job. Enthusiastic throughout the whole interaction and great customer service along with short wait times and fresh hot food. They really couldn’t do any better!

So I stopped at the Burger King and go inside to order some food. Cars that got there after I had been standing at the counter waiting to order my food we’re getting their orders at the window and I still had not been asked what my order was. I waited 10 minutes I said forget this I’m not going to give them my money I’m not going to be there Customer because obviously they’re not giving me service their priority is the the drive-thru instead of the customer standing at the counter for 10 minutes. Went over to Wendy’s order my food had it in my hand and was back in my vehicle in under 5 minutes. Plano Burger King never screws me around like that but I guess your phone doesn’t want me as a customer and I would highly recommend staying away from them. Also when I walked in the door the restaurant had a foul odor I don’t know what that was about.

We just went there tonight and asked for 2 frozen coke drinks with our meals and on one burger we asked for NO onions for allergic reasons and they marked the no onions on my burger but when so bit into it there definitely were onions on it and they forgot our frozen cokes & gave us 3 drinks instead when we definitely had more than 3 drinks with all the meals we ordered. This location is always messing up our order everytime we try them again. NOT GOOD BUSINESS

I visited the Burger King drive-thru at 9:42 PM, well before the listed closing time of 10:00 PM. I waited at the speaker for several minutes, but no one responded. To make matters worse, the lights in the drive-thru and the building were turned off at exactly 9:49 PM, leaving me completely ignored.
If your hours say you’re open until 10 PM, customers expect to be served until that time. Closing early without any notice or explanation is unprofessional and frustrating. This experience was disappointing and shows a lack of respect for customers.
