I stood in front of the counter for 8 minutes. Two employees looked at me several times and NOT ONCE was I acknowledged. No ‘I’ll be right with you,’ No welcome to taco johns. NOTHING!! This is the fourth time I’ve been to this taco Johns and the third time I’ve had an issue. I’ve had several people tell me that they would not go to that TJ, ever because they’ve always had issues. DO BETTER OR CLOSE UP SHOP!!

Me and my husband came here at 1:55pm on 9/13/2025.
There was one other car in front of us in the drive-thru, it wasn’t busy.
The woman who took our order through the drive-thru was incredibly rude, seemingly for no reason as we were very polite.
We decided to leave shortly after placing our order (before we got our food) because it left the worst taste in our mouths.
I’ve worked in customer service for many years and the way we were spoken to was very upsetting.
I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this warranted one. Do better.

Had a craving for some good tacos, the location made it a bad experience. Never go back, it all starts from the front to the kitchen. The woman that took our order was not pleasant and not ppl person, we were the only two ppl there the food took a long time to come out. When we got our foods, no taste and or flavor, full of lettuce and not enough protein. The ppl looking pretty un-healthy and dirty. NOWAY again.

Omg, I cannot believe how greasy their hard shell tacos are, they are simply …unbelievable! By the time I got them home, they had turned into soft shell tacos that were nasty and gross and I cannot stress enough how non exaggerating I’m being. But, gotta give it to them for the chicken fingers, I thought those were awesome. Now, pricing, 6 hard shell
@ $ 1.89 EACH, yes, you read that right, EACH, plus 10 fingers and 2 special burritos, ready for this ….. $40 FOURTY MF DOLLARS.
Yet if I would have came on a Tuesday, the tacos would have only been . 99 cents each, CENTS, 99 CENTS!. There is something wrong with these people.

Last visit I ordered soft tacos with sour cream and got tacos without sour cream. This visit I ordered a steak quesadilla and received a cheese quesadilla and the cheese is barely melted.

Was the worst Taco Bravo and Super Burrito I have ever been served at a Taco Johns before. I usually love those two items. However this time at that location in White Bear Lake, Mn. The lettuce was scant and limp almost slimmy and the rest of the ingredients were very skimpy, both items combined were only maybe 1/2 of either item normally would have been based on all other Taco Johns that I’ve gotten before. These are the same twoitems I almost always get as they are my favorites, NOT THIS TIME.. I MAY NEVER GO BACK.

great place to get some quality tacos for cheap! would definitely recommend to all my friends visiting from the west coast! and this location is right across from the lake! you can always find a clean table and they always get my order right!
