Good evening QDOBA on 86th and Michigan.
You have lost yet another customer from this location. Please drive and extra five minutes to a better location, save yourself time and grief over portion size or lack of chip with an order of three cheese nachos.
Walked in at 5:40pm and I was the only customer in the lobby and a employee wiping down tables. I waited patiently as the person wiped down all the tables and then the drink machine before thinking about walking over to take my order. I go through the process of ordering and get to the cash register to pay. She hands me a very small bag of chips with the nachos I had ordered. She said they had reduced the amount and if I had not ordered the chips on the side, that there would be less. Any more chips would be $2.00. Either they ran out of QDOBA chip bags or they changed packaging and reduced the bag size by 70%. I had given QDOBA a two star at the start of the review and the more I thought about the entire encounter a little while ago it has become a Zero. Which is a one on a Google review. I really hope this location gets new help or management because I used to eat here about thirty times a year.
Then it come time to pay and they ask me to hit a button on the credit card swipe machine for a tip. Excuse me… Had to hit 10% because there was not a Zero. Also the reason for taking the time to write a review about a bad QDOBA location.
Next time this happens I will simply tell them no thank you at the cash register after ordering food like seen in other videos about protesting this establishment. You can also tell when employees do not care much about their job which reflects on businesses. I do not know about everyone else but I can spend the money I work hard for somewhere else.

A few things better than Chipotle are unlimited fresh chopped onion, fresh Jalapeños and cilantro. Another thing is Qdoba foods are generally not as salty as Chipotle’s. They have a small bar always cut lime ready along with hot sauces, lemon etc.

I had a very bad experience today during my lunch break. I had ordered my lunch for pick up at 11:15am. When I got back to my job my husband and I began to eat our food. Upon biting the first part of the quesadilla I noticed a big bolt on my quesadilla. I was in shock on to what I have bit into. I went back to let the associates know what i had experience and everything just went wrong. the associates working at that time didnt care on to what I had to say. There was a lady that was very unprofessional and said what do you want. I let her know that there was a bolt on my food and she still didnt seem to care. in a rude manner she then asked if I wanted her to make me another quesadilla or what. I felt very uncomfortable for the way this associate was treating me. There was another lady there and they just kept passing the issue to one another (again reminding you that I was on my 30min lunch break) she finally just handed me a coupon to make things “better” I am filling this complaint due to the poor etiquette your associates have at this location. Especially the way to handle things. How can a bolt be in a quesadilla. was this an intentional thing? I am very upset on what happened. I have been buying from Qdoba constantly always trying to give them the benefit of a doubt. I am always having an issue, that location needs to be addressed or closed until further and proper training is done. this was just unsanitary! I hope to hear back from this. This location has not only placed a big bolt on my quesadilla but they also always get my order wrong.

I love the food!! But this place has serious supply issues! No ice tea, no Coke Zero no lemonade. We were there at the beginning of lunch and no effort to restock. I was offered a bottle beverage.

Their food no longer looks nor tastes fresh. Been coming here for years. I usually prefer it here instead of Chipotle because of the portions and taste. Now that their portions are less and food doesn’t taste fresh, I feel like they’re both the same. It’s unfortunate.

I eat through my feeding tube and my hand held blender stopped working before I could eat. The amazing staff helped us problem solve and then blended food for us. So thankful for people who care and help.
