Employees parked their own car in the drive through blocking the entrance, no sign or anything saying anything. Multiple people including us drive are around and reverse back to the speaker and no one speaks or does anything. If the drive-though is closed, put a sign or something.

The ‘drive-through open’ sign was lit. But there was a sign at drive-through saying they were training on a new system and to be patient. Fine, I can do that, no problem. Figured it meant it was going to take a little bit longer to enter my order vs. being completely closed.

Horrible. Half the tacos practically no meat the other half no cheese. 3 people working nobody there ordering so no excuses. Lobby is closed due to shortage of employees have to stand in the drive thru. Used to be one of my favorite places to stop not anymore and never again. I guarantee they wouldn’t have made them this way for themselves or their friends and family.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! We had to wait a little while for our food in the drive thru and no one came to the window. We had no plans for the day and no rush and we were completely unbothered by the wait. When the worker came to the window she apologized for the rate and gave us our meal FOR FREE! It was very generous and this service deserves all 5 stars.

I’m vegan. I try Mexican places because they can usually accommodate my diet. I verified and asked twice if my food would come without dairy or meat. I got a bowl that I asked to be vegetarian so no meat double beans if they could, they said no problem. (You can see how little beans they gave me) I asked for no cheese or sour cream they said no problem. But when i got home and opened my bowl it had everything except meat. Thankfully my boyfriend ate it because he doesnt care and didnt want to waste. I got a side of plain refried beans and potato oles but was quickly sick. My stomach has been aching terribly for a couple days now. I wish I had checked the whole order before leaving.
