I usually go to this Taco Bell and don’t have an issue, but tonight was beyond unprofessional. The woman at the window said “oh my gawd” to me every time I asked a question. I had questions because they were missing multiple items on their menu and every time I went to order something she said “we don’t have that”. The issue I had was that they didn’t have the items, it was just the nastiest reaction to me asking questions. At the end she forgot multiple food items in the bag and when we caught it and asked for the items she did not want to give them to us…even though we paid for them. This was likely because she just wanted to get rid of us and get through her shift. But I’m actually astonished how combative she was with us. I was nervous to speak with her. I haven’t engaged with someone so openly hostile and combative for no reason in a long time. I will not be going back with her at the window. When she provided the additional food items (which still wasn’t everything she owed us) I told her ma’am this Taco Bell closes in 30 min. Your shift is almost over, try to be kind and try to have a better night. Hope this left some kind of impression on her…
*I gave 3 stars for the food bc the food we actually received was adequate and what we expected. But we would have liked the entire order we paid.

The family was in the mood for some tacos and boy, were we let down. Everyone had simple tacos. I did a Mexican Pizza and was not happy when I opened the box. The young lady that helped me was nice so that’s why I’m giving a 2 star but damn I just spent 40 dollars on 4 meals and it was all made sloppy.

HORRIBLE IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! I ordered a $7 box and not only was it the wrong order the food was cold! The drink wrong and when i called asked if anything could be done i had to call 3 times 1st call kept ringing, second call answer and immediately put on hold and third call answered was rude and was told i would have to inconvience myself AGAIN and come all the way back for a simple refund wasted my time and money. NEVER AGAIN !!!

“Rude” is an understatement when used to describe the staff at this establishment. From the moment the starting taking my drive thru order I could hear the attitude and annoyance in their tone and mannerisms towards me. They made me feel like I was wrong for deciding to eat at Taco Bell today, as if all the unhappiness in their life was solely my fault. All I expect is common human decency, no over the top service, just to be treated like an equal. Instead I was disrespected by passive aggressive confrontation. The manager seemed to have the same level of intolerance as their employees. On top of that my food was subpar. I recommend literally anywhere else than this place. Next time I’d rather just starve.

Drive-thru. Food was good, service quick. Lower rating as I didn’t receive a receipt. Thought it was in the bag but nope. Too late to ask as I was already home when I opened the bag. Odd parking lot, in traffic only right at the drive- thru exit so don’t think of idling forward while checking your bag.

I went through the drive through last night and ordered a few things and almost everything was wrong. I ordered the loaded beef nachos and there was literally NO BEEF on my nachos. I also ordered the Gordita supreme and the lady taking my order even asked me to verify that I wanted the Gordita supreme as opposed to the Gordita crunch and they still gave me the Gordita crunch instead of the Gordita supreme. I also ordered a cheesy double beef burrito. I have no idea what burrito they gave me but it definitely wasn’t the one I ordered because it had almost none of the ingredients it was supposed to have. I was so shocked at how wrong my order was that I wanted to check the receipt and that’s when I realized they didn’t even give me my receipt!
I understand that mistakes can happen and if only one of the mistakes I mentioned had happened then I would have let it go, but how do you manage to mess up almost everything in the order?! It’s as if the person making the food had no idea how to make anything and just decided to throw things together and hoped no one would notice. I like how close this location is to my house but I guess this place is going downhill so I’m going to try a different location because this experience was inexcusable.

Ordered cinnamon twists from here. They smelled like rancid oil and tasted horrible. This has happened multiple times at this location. Looks like the workers are too lazy to change the oil.

Our family walked in and not one single person acknowledged us despite seeing us. We waited almost 10 mins because we understood they were busy. They just looked at us and didn’t say a word. I would have been understanding and waited if they would have at least greeted us. We left, no one should get treated like this.
