Spouse had a craving for wingstop fries. I got on here to take a look and was worried because of the reviews, however, DoorDash was running a good deal so figured we would give it a try. Order was so quick and food was properly prepared and fresh. Whoever was working tonight cared about their quality!

I waited for 30 minutes for my food, after which I started seeing others who arrived after me get their food. I really didn’t have the patience or the time to keep on waiting, so I asked for a refund, the process for which wasted another 5 minutes of my time. The manager didn’t really care that I wanted a refund as she proceeded to say that we were just waiting on the tenders. Uh huh. Is that why you looked confused when you couldn’t find my order? It was also a bonus that the manager didn’t really try to make anything right. I probably will not try a Wing Stop again anytime soon. It’s not my kinda thing to be disregarded as a customer. No thank you to that nonsense. Two thumbs down.

As a doordasher, this is one of the pick up locations I dread the most. Always 20+ minute waits, orders never started until get there, and for some reason always back up and a lobby full of annoyed customers. I don’t blame the staff, they look overworked, understaffed, and the location is poorly designed to be functional/efficent to keep up with the order quantity they received. Store front always looks like it’s in disrepair/mid cleaning, but gave up cause they are constantly swamped. Not the worst wing stop location to go to, but that’s not high praise.

I did not feel like cooking today so I decided to order some Wingstop. Placed an order for a wing combo, picked it up, and came home. I got home and found that there were no fries in my bag. I called to report such and was put on hold forever. Once someone came back to the phone, I told him what happened. He asked for my name and put me on hold……but he didn’t really put me on hold. I could hear everything he said. This man said, “I know we put fries in there. I don’t believe her.” He came back to the phone and I honestly lost it. Told him I heard him and asked him why would he say something like that??!?!? He simply repeated that he doesn’t believe me. I SCREAMED….”Why would I take the time to CALL you and LIE about some fries?!?!?!!?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!?!?” I asked for the manager….he told me he was the manager. All I could waa laugh in complete disbelief and told him I was going to call corporate to report this terrible service. He told me to do what I need to and then said since this call has gone left, I’m going to hang up.I am outdone. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH!!!!!!!!!! I spent $27…..why would I lie about some $3 fries?!?!?! Wingstop will never get another dime of my money!!!!!!! And the manager of this store should be fired for this behavior!!!!
I will also add that I requested for my wings to be well done…they were soft. And the corn was old and cold. If I could give them zero stars I would!

Modest selection of flavors. I’d like to have slightly beefier chicken wings and more sauce on them. For me the seating area could be about twice as big, but it looks like most people treat this as takeout. It was our first time at one of these. They do online orders ahead of time if you want quicker service. I do like you can refill your own drinks at your own pace. Fries are similar to 5guys, but without all the salt; in fact it’s no salt so you might need to bring your own.

I had waited the estimated time for my food which said about 21 minutes. I arrive at my 21 minutes and look at their screen to see that my order hasn’t even been started. The lobby was filling with people waiting on their orders that were placed a long time ago. Orders are on 47 minute wait times to be completed. Time management clearly doesn’t get implemented to the workers here as they are very in unorganized and had no motivation to get orders that have been sitting to be made done quicker. Management seemed to be moving just as slow as the workers here. The workers are not trying to make sure the customers are taken care of and handed the right orders.

I came to this Wingstop and ordered 10 pieces combo and large corn ! Remind u I stay 40 minutes away! They gave me all drumlettes! Tried calling no answer ! I go back up there because my order was over $20! The owner was rude and didn’t want to make it right saying if you don’t request you could possibly get all drumlettes which is first I have heard ! I was always told u get half and half unless u request ! He got the nerve to count the wings which was 8 because I didn’t put the one I bit off back in and say I can give u 4 drum and 4 flats in rude way which was greasiest chicken I ever taste ! Never again ! Poor service! They should have replaced my whole order because now my fries ,corn cold and mistake on there end also I a get cup with a hole in bottom that spilled all over my car ! Poor poor service ! Management need to be trained how to be polite and acknowledge the customer right! Who trying to get free chicken when spending over $20! Fire the whole evening crew even the light skin black rude manager ! They dumped whole box salt on the wings as my replacement! Never will I eat there again

If this is their normal product I doubt I’ll become a regular customer. The fries are just sad, mushy strips that obviously aren’t all completely sliced. Crisp is no where to be found…. The chicken was better. Although I ordered original hot and my wife ordered mild. I thought hers were spicier than mine. I also got lemon pepper. The lemon is overwhelming. I think I can only handle one at a time so I’ll have snacks for a while. With the ample staff on hand I’m disappointed in their quality control. I recommend choosing a side other than the fries!

I have no idea how this place is still functioning with a 2.6 review on google. I placed an order for pick up last night at 11:53 even though I was already outside and they said they didn’t want to make it. Which is fine. They should’ve canceled the order and given me a refund, but instead the charge went through completely and I’ve been calling since they opened at 10:30 till now to talk to a manager about getting a refund and no one’s answered the phone or called back for 2 whole hours. I know their phone works but no ones answering and I’ve called 30 times. Now if I go up there upset I’d be wrong. It’s $60 they took from me and aren’t trying to give back. Terrible restaurant. If you want Wing stop go to any other one but this one
Edit: 3 months later and still couldn’t get a refund for $60 of food I never got. I had to dispute the charge through my bank. Shut this place down and hire all new people.
