Today was the perfect day for soup, & I’m so glad I finally stopped at Kai Mook in Millbury after work. I’ve been meaning to try this place for a while, & they did not disappoint! I started with the cream cheese rangoon & the shrimp-pork dumplings—both delicious. Then came the Sukothai noodle soup, loaded with BBQ pork, chicken meatball, ground pork, & all sorts of comforting flavors that warmed me right up. So happy I finally made it in! It’s a wonderful small, family-owned spot where you can truly taste the care they put into their food. Highly recommend!

Finally had a chance to come back after really enjoying my first time. They had redecorated and it looked great and was busy! The food was amazing as before. We enjoyed the Thai raviolis, wonton soup, tofu pad tai and the drunken noodles with chicken. Everything was delicious and the staff is so friendly and attentive. I wish I lived just a little closer so this could be a go to take out spot!

I love the food, it’s so nice to have a local place with quality cuisine that is vegetarian, vegan and dietary restrictions friendly. the staff is so polite and helpful. it’s nice inside although I haven’t dined in there yet. there is still a lot I want to try here as it’s usually a treat since my budget is small. I just found out that the lunch/dinner prices are based on size, so you could get a more affordable lunch size. but I am moving so I wanted to splurge and have some leftovers today, although I did have leftovers with the smaller portion before, I think it’s two servings.

Delicious and authentic! This appears to be a family run business and its clear they put a lot of love into their restaurant. The flavors are vibrant, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is lovely. They have about 10 tables so it’s relatively small and cozy. This is a hidden gem!

Rama Duck ($26 plus tax) – was excellent. Tender duck meat with crispy skin. It comes with a peanut sauce, which is really yummy. A portion of rice and broccoli & carrot.

Drunken noodle ( $13 plus tax lunch menu ) – the portion size was very minimal. The beef shavings were also minimal..

The restaurant says it is street Thai food. But the prices are definitely not street worthy.

The lady, who manages the place is pretty nice polite. Food came out very quick. We were the only customers, but still should give it to the chef.

Had dinner here last night and the food was amazing! I had a northern Thai soup that I’ve never had before, and it was truly delicious. I’ve had access to good Thai food and this was some of the best. A really sweet, family-run place with fast, courteous service. I would just encourage people to get there early because the restaurant itself is small and fills up fast — clearly word is out that the food is really good!

Best restaurant in Millbury. Never had a bad meal here, they are attentive if guests have any dietary restrictions or allergies. Owner and staff are the nicest and truly care about delivering a great experience to anyone who walks in the doors. Try out this spot, it will only make you regret not going sooner

I’ve been coming to Kai Mook since it’s opening, and will continue to. As prices rise in the area, the prices here are still more than reasonable for the high quality food. Ka pow moo krob, curry puff, crispy duck yellow curry are some of my favorites, and I’ll always be back for a vietnamese iced coffee… so good. Thank you for your lovely service, food, and atmosphere. I will continue to support small, local businesses, and Kai Mook is a constant that’s become a tradition.

This is a fantastic, cozy Thai restaurant. The staff members are very polite and helpful. However, the most delightful part of this restaurant is the FOOD. It is so DELICIOUS, with a variety of flavors, a good portion, and a good price. It’s a must TRY!
