I have been to this location many times. I am not sure what happened, but I had made a stop since I was starving. Went up to the drive thru , ordered and that was mediocre at best. Was told to pull over and they would bring it to me. Makes no sense since there was maybe one customer in the place. 10 min later , got my food and left. Half way down the road I noticed it was wrong! Not only did I not get a receipt , but no napkins and the staff looked like they were forced to work by their parents. Explained to the manager I assume after she asked me in a very blah way what was wrong with it. Explained and waited. Restaurant was filthy and empty . Had to beg for my receipt. It’s really sad that this location has gone down a lot. And they didn’t even have their health score properly displayed. I will not be back unless the owner of this location does a 180 on all aspects of this location.

This place sucks big time. Every time I’ve been here they always mess up something. They constantly are messing up my orders. It takes half an hour to get your food and it looks like this picture here. I’m not expecting a high end restaurant. But I’m expecting at least fast service and a proper and complete order.

The worst taco bell I’ve ever been to…
Took 20 min for 2 tacos and a burrito. And I was the only customer.
17$ for 3 items and a drink
Burrito was wrong, half my taco didn’t have toppings. Too far to come back.
Tortilla was not fresh, edges hard.
The guacamole was brown and nasty.
If I didn’t already Drive 15 min there and back I’d come and get my money back.
Disgusting food, poor service..
Thanks for ruining my night with an hour lost for your sloppy food.
I could have gone to a Steakhouse and gotten a steak, for the same time and price..

Everytime I order from this location (which is not often), my order is ALWAYS wrong. I ordered chili cheese burritos and got all the way home and starting eating only for it to be the wrong burritos. It’s chili and cheese. How can you mess that up? I waited 10 minutes for the wrong burritos. When you call to speak with a manager, no one EVER answers the phone. They are NEVER busy and yet, the wait time is always long. This location needs to fire the entire staff (management included) and hire new management and staff. They are out of chances with me.

Would give zero stars if I could. Elderly person who accompanied me had to ask for the code to use the restroom 3 times, employees kept walking ignoring her. Train your employees, start by telling them it’s illegal to refuse toilet services in a food establishment.

speaker is broken, yes. wait time a tad longer, yes. but this is because they are needing to take orders at window and make it fresh. once you get to the window to order they are nothing but pleasant AND my order was 100% perfection.

I drive around atlanta a lot. I like taco bell. I ordered my usual and noticed one item was $0.29 more expensive than other taco bells. The restaurant had one person sitting down, and I was the only car in the drive thru. I was asked to wait around the building. It took them almost 10 minutes to come out with my food. They brought me the smallest items I’ve gotten from any other taco bell. The cheesy roll up was a tortilla with a little bit of cheese in it (see pic). The double beefy cheesy burrito was missing more than half the ingredients. It didn’t have sour cream, nacho cheese, rice, or fiesta strips. It was just some cheese, a little bit of ground beef, and a little bit of beans which aren’t even part of a double beefy burrito. Needless to say it was a very small burrito.
I also asked specifically for “The orange sauce ‘hot'” and I was given Fire (red) and Mild (yellow) instead.

Edit: Normally I order two items and I’m satisfied. I ordered three at this taco bell and still left hungry.
