I have seen some very horrific fast food environments but this one places first for sure. The 30 mins i waited for food, the staff yelled about quitting and wanting to go home and hour before close. The smell is potent and nasty in the whole building and no one is wearing gloves and sneezing without covering. i’m so grossed out that i am never coming here again.

I’ve been in ones that have TVs and fireplaces but aside from that, it’s got everything else that a Taco Bell needs. Pretty looking lounge area, clean store, precise and hard working employees that are attractive and outgoing but nothing that’s remarkable about it as a Fast Food franchise. Outside area looks accommodating even in the Winter and pretty in the Summer. The drive thru area is convenient and I’ve never seen it packed with long waits. They gave expensive food and then still some of the cheapest food. They don’t have nutrition labels because nobody believes anything bad would come from Taco Bell but are Wheelchair and family friendly and offer vegetarian meals. There’s much special for kids, but even toys, but this is about food not play. And as far as that goes, there’s over twenty items along with a make it your own way selection! Messy for, but healthy, filling, fast and cheap!

I brought a family to the nearby correctional facility and sat in the parking lot, resting, in attempts to actually buy food to be surprised by state troopers letting us know they called the police on us saying we looked “funny” with windows with absolutely no tints, or anything. Just resting and eating after a long drive for the establishment to call the cops for us not breaking any laws. Disgusting!

KFC just isn’t as good as I remember. And they were out of chicken breast. I could hear them talking about it but they never informed us. Just gave us a bunch of thighs instead for an 8 piece bucket. Should have informed the customer (me) and asked if I wanted to wait for breasts

Food is good for TacoBell. But this has to be the slowest fast food place when you are in a hurry. My stepdaughter always wants TacoBell, and the wait to get thru drive thru even with online ordering is always painfully slow. Or the order is wrong and have to go back.

If 0 stars was an option I’d give it. I got the cantina chicken burrito box. Immediately after I ate it I felt sick and had been up all night throwing up. Doctors says it’s food poisoning. Please be careful.

This was not a good experience. This location does not provide tacos and burritos, it gives you some of the what you asked for in a “build-it-yourself” package that no one asked for. The staff clearly do not care about the customers, the orders, being accurate or honest. This photo is the standard for 6 of the 7 items we ordered – 2 were not even the same item we ordered the rest were missing the “Supreme” bit. So Taco Bell of Malone, please either retrain your staff or promote them to customers.
