This place is absolutely unprofessional. I was there Saturday night at 6 PM and the staff were yelling profanities at each other in front of everyone without a care in the world. I was there Thursday night at 9:30 and the lights magically shut off as I was pulling my truck around. Get rid of your sign that says closes at 10 because clearly that’s a lie. Get it together or just do everyone a favor and close down for good.

It took over 25 minutes to get our food! The service is beyond terrible. There was no line at the drive thru or inside! One couple ordered multiple times while we waited for our simple order. If I could give this place 0 stars for service I would. Go somewhere else. Any where really.

Walked in, waited for about 10 minutes for someone to take my order it wasn’t too busy inside, then continued to wait another 15 minutes for my food. Didn’t receive any plastic-ware or napkins with the order. Also put everything in a bag and not on a tray we were eating in. Also in the time we were there the one running the cash registers weren’t completing other people’s orders either and others had to go up to the counter to get what they had ordered. Fast food is supposed to be fast not wait 20 minutes to eat. It seems to me like drive-thru and online orders are priority and the ones that want to eat in are dealt with last. So I guess lazy people get order and served first.

Genuinely the slowest drive thru I have ever seen in my entire existence. Each vehicle takes 10 minutes, 5 vehicles it will be almost an hour. Genuinely do not understand how it is possible to be this slow. You are not creating it at the molecular level, there has to be some directive or something wrong with this place

Well. Place is shared with KFC. Ample parking space. It was clean and organized when we got in there as well as the bathroom. The cashier was pleasant. Accepts creditcard. High chair available. See images and video for surroundings

I hadn’t been back to this KFC because of the horrible service. Decided to give it a try again and still hadn’t changed there was only a handful of customers in the restaurant and most were standing around waiting for their orders. I went up to the counter to order and the girl at the counter said it will be a minute and then disappeared to the back of the kitchen. After waiting 10 minutes and none of the people waiting for their food had got their food and the girl taking orders still no reappearing I left. Will not go back to this restaurant again. Never saw such horrible service.

Rude worker, we repeated our order back twice in the drive thru, waited 15 mins for two quesadillas and one burrito and got the wrong items. Politely came back in and told them the mistake and we were told we were in the wrong by a very condescending lady who didn’t offer to make it right. it’s fast food like come on did not try to ask for refund because who knows what they would do

If you want to wait 30 to 45 minutes for your meal this is the place for you. They always understand they didn’t even have any ground beef for tacos four burritos or anything else this is the second time I’ve given them a chance the first time was not much better. There will not be a third. Hopefully the staff will get the help they need because right now it’s just ridiculous.

Had a great service there. Yea if it’s full on the weekend you gonna wait. Go do it yourself if anything. And for the inaccurate orders, just go ask for an other one free it’s even better, they will give you a smile and will probably give you free stuff

Anytime I’ve gone here I’ve been waiting for at least 20 minutes. I have a lot of patience for fast food because I’ve worked it. I understand stuff happens. But the amount of time I’ve waited every time is a little excessive. The food itself is fine the friendliness of the staff is tolerable. I just wish they’d get their speed of service under control. We waited in this exact spot for 25 minutes today. I wouldn’t have bothered staying if I had anything else to do
