The food was amazing! I got the brisket sandwich combo with the hatch mac n cheese. I tried all the sauces and I was not disappointed in the least. Hot, fresh, fast, and juicy. Restaurant is clean and atmosphere was pleasantly sociable. Hands down will stop here anytime I come through Texas. As the shirt says- damn good bbq!

We stopped by today for lunch. The establishment leaves a bit to be desired in terms of cleanliness. I had the pork ribs and chicken and my husband the brisket. He liked his brisket. I felt the sides (beans and cabbage) were too oily. Chicken and pork ribs ok. We will probably not be back.

Quick service. Food is good had the Mac & Cheese good flavor could use a little more in it. The ranch potato salad has good taste with a little bit of spice. The brisket is good I like a little heavier smoke flavor than you get using post oak.

We’ve been coming to this barbecue spot pretty much since it opened, and it’s been one of our go-to places every couple of months. The brisket burnt ends, ribs, and mac and cheese are still outstanding the quality has always been consistent on those. The service is efficient, and the atmosphere is relaxed, making it an easy place to enjoy a great meal.
That being said, I did notice a recent change in their sausage. It just doesn’t taste the same as it used to, which makes me think they may have switched distributors or recipes. Sausage has always been my personal favorite here, and honestly one of the main reasons I kept coming back. With the new version, it feels like it lost some of the signature flavor that made it stand out. Everything else on the menu remains excellent, but this change was a bit disappointing.
Because of that, I don’t see myself visiting as often as before, but I still think it’s a solid barbecue place overall. If they ever bring back the original sausage, it’ll easily return to being one of my top recommendations.

And let’s be clear. They make the best Smash Burger in Mansfield, and honestly, it has a strong case for best in the entire DFW area. Juicy. Perfectly cooked. Addictive.

Stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon 10/5. I ordered Big Red Barbacoa taco, Texas Twinkie, and Brisket Tostada. And dang, they did not disappoint. Texas Twinkie had the sneaky heat, highly recommend. The staff was really friendly and courteous. I asked for the Cowboys-Jets game on the TVs – no problemo. Great experience and meal before we made the 4 hour trek back home.

This is an affordable and very good place to eat, but what really makes the difference is the service. Mr. Cristian, who speaks both Spanish and English, was extremely helpful and attentive during our visit. The variety of options offered for meals is well thought out and makes it easy to find something for everyone. We had a very pleasant time here, enjoying not only the delicious food but also the warm and friendly atmosphere that made our experience truly enjoyable.

Food is amazing! I’m not usually a brisket girl but now I am. The flavor, how everything is cooked is so tasty. My husband and I got brisket, sausage, burnt ends, Mac & cheese, potato salad and a slice of corn bread. It was brought to our table in 3 minutes by Serena. Love everything about this place! Will definitely be back:)
