For as expensive as Cheesy Gordita crunches are, I expect that they’re atleast made correctly.. barely any cheese inbetween the layers – and despite waiting 5-7 minutes at the window waiting for food.. it still came out cold/lukewarm.

I am extremely disappointed with this KFC location. Every single time I order from here, my order is wrong. I specifically ask for drumsticks, and instead of simply telling me they are unavailable, they just give me wings without saying anything. This has happened multiple times.
It feels dishonest and careless. If you don’t have what I ordered, communicate that clearly. Do not substitute items without asking. I am paying for specific food, and I expect to receive exactly what I ordered.
On top of that, the staff taking orders act like they do not care. There is no sense of urgency, no apology, and no effort to fix the mistake. It feels like customers’ time and money mean nothing here.
This has been a repeated issue, not a one-time mistake. It is frustrating to continuously waste time and money on incorrect orders. I will not be returning unless serious improvements are made in accuracy and customer service.

These guys have a HARD time taking directions its almost shocking. I live down the street from this establishment and I can count on one hand how many times ive had my order made correct. Im not sure if its the operators or the drive through interface but these guys cannot follow simple order instructions, if you go here expect your order to be made incorrect.

I come to this one for the KFC in Windham is worse. I always order the same thing, which is boneless chicken tenders & the fries combo, and I get my drink with no ice. About 50% of the time they get it correct. But, I have had attitude given when I told them at the window that I had asked for no ice, and they brought it with ice. Food is ALWAYS soggy and what seems partially cooked, but that is what I believe is the norm with KFC. I always throw it into my convection oven when I get home for 5 – 10 min to crispen them up a bit.
I went there yesterday evening, and the girl at the window must have been having a bad day sine she was showing it. Overall, still better than Windhams.

I came through the drive through around 8:30 tonight, and ordered a cheesy gordita combo with no tomatos. When I got to the window I checked with the person taking orders to make sure it had been put in that I did not want tomatos, they then angrily hit a button and walked away. I thought it wouldn’t be a problem since there was only one item that came with tomatos… I was wrong! When I got home I found a burrito with nothing but onions and a couple small bits of lettuce and cheese. Absolutely ridiculous! How hard is it to make a burrito normally without one item? This Taco Bell location has now lost my service completely.

One taco had only beans. No tomatoes, cheese or avacado sauce.
Cheesy potato had chewy and stale potato.
Yuk food, not well made.
Staff was unapologetic. I showed one staff(smelly person) all the food I ordered and asked about quantity and if he can make it well and he said they always make same way and cannot do anything and walked away.
I could give minus. Do not go to this place unless you want to eat stale? uncooked food and want stomach upset.

I often eat taco bell and didn’t think this one would be soooooo different from the others. The food was cold and not edible. I spent about 20 bucks just to eat a bite of each and throw away.

The service was fast and friendly, the food was fast and hot, with the exception of my daughters 2 soft tacos, but when I went up and asked them to warm up my daughter’s second taco (cuz she ate half of the other one) Caleb asked me if her tacos were cold and made her 2 fresh tacos and brought them out to our table. He also was more than happy to help me to be able to feed and water my rabbit. So, if you want great customer service and fresh food, look for Caleb. 🙂

I feel a bit cheated by the amount of meat and fillings in my tacos. Usually I’m stuffed after 2 tacos and a cheesy gordita crunch but I suppose you when you get a small sliver of beef per taco you would need a lot more. Pretty disappointed and wasted 20 bucks only. My girlfriend liked her kfc tho so 2 stars instead of 1.
