Love this place. While the outside appears a little sketchy, it’s one of the best soul food places in town and the service is fantastic. I was wearing my scrubs since I work in the area and one of the employees offered me a free chicken sandwich to give to one of my nurses. Food takes about 20 minutes to prepare since they do it fresh, but the wait is worth it. Get the burger all the way, you wont be disappointed.

Usually I don’t have a bad experience when I go to Corey’s restaurant,but this the first time. The staff (not all) were very unprofessional. I like the food, but the group that was on 3/7/17 around 6:30 or 7:00 pm was just not what I was use too. I know Mr. Corey expects more from his staff than that. I will try them again at some point. The food is good. The service sucked.
