Previously Joey D’s on Marco Island. Under new ownership as of October 2024. We understand that Joey D’s loyal patrons have grown to love many of our great staff members and have some favorite dishes. We will be adding some great new entrees as well. Great experience at CAVS in Marco Island! The service was excellent—Trish was an amazing server and made the night even better. George, the owner, was walking around and took the time to chat with us, which was such a nice touch. The wine list is extensive and very reasonably priced. We can’t wait to come back!

We had such a great dining experience here! Every plate was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served. The tomato and mozzarella salad was definitely a highlight—so vibrant and drizzled perfectly with balsamic glaze. The wings were crispy and juicy with a great dipping sauce, and the burger plate with fries was classic and satisfying. Everything was well-seasoned and served hot. The portions were generous, and the presentation made it all look as good as it tasted. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a casual yet delicious meal!

Went to Cav’s to meet friends and was pleasantly surprised with the service received at the bar. Yashika and Evan were a dynamic duo! Friendly, smiling faces, helped ease our frustrations after waiting nearly an hour for 2 orders of wings. Despite the kitchen taking an eternity, the wings did not come out great but it was nice having these bartenders take genuine care of us! This was my first experience at Cav’s and will definitely be back just for them! If you want to spend time having great conversations, tasty cocktails and fantastic service go see Evan and Yashika!

Our party of 9 arrived around 4:30p and were immediately seated. It was not very busy when we came in.
The food was reasonably priced and came out fairly quickly. The portion sizes on most of the items were quite big. I enjoyed the pizza (meat lovers) more than I thought I would and my girlfriend loved her shrimp with vodka sauce.
The restaurant was clean and the restrooms were spotless, which is always good to see.
Our server Nick was fantastic and really took the dinner up a notch with his excellent service. He went out of his way to make sure we had enough space for the 3 pizzas we ordered by adding another table, and was prompt with refills and any requests. He also packed all of our leftovers himself at the table. He was professional and thoughtful in his approach and I appreciated that.
Overall a great experience and we will be back.

We have been to Cav’s twice since they opened. Bolognese was perfect and a huge portion. My daughter had the Italian sandwich and requested it served hot. It was top notch! The bread was wonderful. Check out my photos. To top it all, the bar is a great place to watch sports.

Food is very good! Had the lunch special with soup and half a sandwich. The soup was homemade and the sandwich was very good. Good bar atmosphere and the place was very clean. Unfortunately the service at the bar was horrible. Maybe table service is better? Not sure.

Giant bar with seating all the way around. Bartenders were very nice. Our deep dish pizza was accidentally overcooked but the chef (and maybe owner?) cooked us up a new one and was very nice. Margarita 10/10. Will be coming back when we visit again.

We ordered Stromboli, pizza and calzone. It was delivered promptly. All were absolutely delicious!! The best that we have had in a while!! The customer service was amazing!!! We will definitely order from them again the next time that we are in town.

Don’t be put off by the strip mall look of Joey D’s in Marco Island. Upon entering you’ll see probably the biggest oval bar in Marco. The decor is mostly sports bar but we were greeted by a friendly staff. I ordered a plain iced tea that was pretty awful. Either the water they mixed with it or the tea itself had a very off flavor on both glasses I had (thinking the second would be better). But it got better. I had the Beef Barley soup and it was hearty and full of mushrooms, tiny meatballs, and barley. I would recommend the soup. My wife ordered the Jenny salad with mixed greens, grilled chicken and balsamic dressing. She stated it was flavorful and filling. I had a side salad with balsamic dressing and it was very good with no wilted lettuce or negative comments to follow. The lettuce greens were crisp and the cherry tomatoes fresh. My entree was the Pasta with Clams in red sauce. I ordered mine with medium heat. The clams were cooked perfect, my angel hair pasta was just over Al dente which is how I like it and the sauce was bold with tons of flavor and smoothness. The heat was just right. Our server was attentive and very nice. A very good restaurant/bar to get a great meal without the expense of the “main drag” restaurants.

Our family just had a large Cheese Steak pizza with extra cheese added (this is key). It was awesome! I’ve been looking for really good pizza on the Island for 15 years…I’ve found it. Great Job.
