I would give zero stars if I could
I have always loved this Taco Bell and have recommended it to people because they usually load the food up and do a good job. But today was ridiculous.
I paid almost 7 dollars for a burrito that was literally half the size of my palm. I order this burrito all the time. I know what it’s supposed to look like and how heavy it normally is. This one was barely filled. It felt like I was holding a tortilla with almost nothing inside.
I went inside and asked them to remake it. Instead of just fixing it, the manager made a huge deal out of it. She kept saying it was the same tortilla. That’s not the point. The problem was there was barely any filling in it.
While they were remaking it, the guy in the back was talking about me and calling me weird. I was standing right there and heard everything. That is beyond unprofessional. I have never been treated like that over asking for what I paid for.
It would have taken two minutes to just fix it and move on. Instead they chose to be rude and make me feel uncomfortable.
I will not be coming back to this location. Completely disrespectful customer service.

I come here a lot but today for some reason, when I came in today and there was a good amount of people inside but once I came inside there was this OLD lady just staring at me the she took 2 pictures of me and my daughter while we were inside of Taco Bell and she screamed at there 3 kids that were just eating inside then an older man that was waiting to order she like growled at him. Someone needs to come and get there grandma she only got coal for Christmas. And yes I took a picture back at her

All three tacos were such a mush mess they leaked through the wrapper and the bag by the time I got home…

I had ordered my food through the app and I had to go inside to get my food. There was a foul smell by the counter like a musty dirty smell. It was quite unpleasant. I moved to the waiting area so I didn’t have to smell that. Also the fountain drinks machine was not working which was a bummer. I won’t be back to this location for a while after this

Came in around 8:30 am wanted to get my niece something to snack on, we came in and waited about 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the register because we had cash to be ignored when there was no online orders or anything on the screen, and also a employee picking up trash outside. I know it’s Taco Bell it’s fast food but at least a hello would’ve been nice or for the guy to stop picking up trash and assist a customer that wanted to pay for something? Not everyone is going to online order, and sometimes you just have to interact with people, there are so many people looking for jobs that would’ve served me better then whoever was working today

Every time we order it has to be made correctly. No tomatoes!!! This is the last time I visit. Constantly messing up my order. Then I speak to the staff very polite and the manage asks if I need a ambulance. I almost fainted. They didnt even place the order in the computer correct this time. Never have they ever remade my food. It starts fights when people don’t get meals correct. Especially when you raise the prices of a 5 bean burrito to over 3 bucks. Lux boxes I hope this helps people choose another location. The burrito was small and under filled. No meat on anything. The manager would not even answer her name. There can probably be no reconciliation. I hope we start a law suit for people who are allergic to tomatoes. You could kill someone. Take their food handlers license away the whole crew.

I’ve ordered here 1-2x per month for a year or so, and although they regularly forget items, at least they are quick at delivery and it’s decent food at a decent price.
However, this evening they accepted a delivery order without any warning that they are closed or something along those lines. They won’t make my order, they won’t let me cancel the order, nobody is answering the phone, and the estimated delivery time is after most people’s bed time (including mine).
Normally an order takes about 25-35 mins to arrive. 2-3 hours on a Tuesday night is crazy. Seems unethical to take people’s money and not provide them food.

I like there $5, $7 and $9 combo boxes. Different in other areas I dont like the cinni sticks so I always get chips and cheese sauce. But to each their own.

All is great, you KNOW this is the late night stop, the get kids dinner stop and feed everyone and it’s cost effective stop, the lunch stop, the im sneaking and or just doing my own thing and just grabbing something and having alone time stop, it’s all that and more. The only thing I have to say is with the amount of things on the menu despite the fact it changes (adds and takes things away) I need a moment to look, right??? OH NOoooo……they always have the automated message play then they speak asking me what I would like. I say I need a moment. They say okay “take a moment” then proceed to ask me like 5 × 8 different ways if I need help finding anything or if what they can get me. I had to say please wait a sec, there isn’t any car behind me. But nicely. “We’re deciding for a family of 5 and you know all want different things. Not that I want to take 20 min. But over all there great.

Not professional whatsoever when a customer is trying to order. The male employee taking my order kept changing his voice from high pitched to normal and you can hear giggling through the speaker.
I should of just left.
Burrito seriously lacking any meat. Mostly onions/ lettuce / sauce/ tomato.
Taco fell apart, ground beef tasted funny.
Waste of money should of went next door to Muchas instead. Avoid!!
