McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Location is not clean. Food left on tables. Drinks left on tables. Went to sit down and there was something cakes on the seat that smelled like feces. No one on the front counter to take orders. Instead refered to kiosk to order food. Missing items from order and had to wait for someone to come up and help me. While waiting had two employees walk past me and one just shouted you’re needed on front counter.

We ate in for a change. Food took a bit and sadly some was cold, which was odd since we ate in. But overall was fine. Staff did their best though as like every place they aren’t staffed to the fullest. Atmosphere was clean and overall quiet which was nice!

We went through the drive through and got 3 hotcakes breakfasts extra sausage and hash browns. 2 of the biscuits were rock hard. Other was old but edible. The scrambled eggs were a total joke. 2 were just a small pile of little bits, the 3rd had 2 fork sized chunks. All were less than half the volume of what I was expecting. Pancakes and sausage were perfect. Hashbrowns I had were overdone or stale. Purchase was just after 7am. $28… no drinks.

Long line. They are going as slow as they possibly can. I am literally watching a person walking around super slow, eyes glued to a cell phone in his hands. He walked by once with the phone. Walked back, walked back again, then stood and stared out the window. He wasn’t moving at > 2 mph when he was moving. And the french fries they just handed me are cold. I would fire the duty manager on the spot if I could. Maybe that isn’t fair. So let me be a little more precise. The window 1 cashier was working fast. I handed her a $10, but she ran out of change. I waited 4:10 for change. At that point, there were no customers in front of me. So after the cashier made change, I pulled forward, then waited 2:30 for someone to hand me cold, soggy french fries and a drink. Why did I have to wait > 5 seconds for that? Someone isn’t pulling their weight in there. I know it is next to impossible to get highly motivated people into fast food at the moment. So I shouldn’t be so hard on the manager. But I go to McDonalds to save time. Not tonight.

Went in to get 2 drinks, drive through was backed up so we just went inside. It smelled bad inside, like they have been using the same mop water all year and the floors were sticky and gross. If it had been anything but drinks we would have turned around immediately.

This location is on point. Always clean, orders never been incorrect, staff is always professional and does there job with a smile. The obvious manager that’s always working when I happen to pick up a delivery order knows how to keep everybody and everything productive. On top of that she’s gorgeous. High five for the five stars!!!

We waited 35 minutes for our mobile order in the drive thru. We pulled right up to speaker and had two mobile orders. Maybe 5 cars ahead of us waiting on order.

We were in the drive thru about 3 min ago my daughter was ordering and the impatient worker was very rude. First off there left order taking box is jacked up! The speaker is very bad and sounds like white noise every time someone comes over it to talk. The worker would ask “anything else?” Wait literally half a second and then say “helllloo!” Like we couldn’t even respond in time and my daughter works at taco bell, she knows how to say an order an also how to take one..very rude very impatient, we left the line, I did not want to spend money in a place like that where the worker was arguing with me about how she can’t hear us, sorry your equipment is broken don’t blame the customer. Never again going here.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to… and the bar is not very high in the first place. But this was disgusting. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for at least a month (if ever?). It smelled like a cow barn. There were boogers wiped on the wall above the urinals.
