I visited this place in morning was very busy give my order in about 18 minutes after I placed the order and my order was not complete the plate I ordered only give half eggs when I complain take me waiting like another 10 minutes to ask the manager finally see me there and told me that’s is how came . Badly tested meats very old..

I wish I could get zero Stars this McDonald’s is absolutely the worst McDonald’s in the world to come to. I came here because it’s closer to my house, but from now on I will go the one that’s 10 minutes away I will never come to this so cold establishment ever again these people do not care they are sorry I waited damn near 10 minutes just for a cup of coffee they never have the frappes. These people do not care and they have the nastiest attitudes on top of that they are as slow as molasses who’s keeping this people open this place needs to be shut down

Did the order on the mobile app as I pulled up into the parking lot and by the time I got inside it was ready for me. The place was packed too drive-through was wrapped around the building and the parking lot was almost full. The best McDonald’s I’ve been to in forever.

I’ve order mobile breakfast on 2 occasions 20-30 minutes before they close breakfast and on both times they’ve told me the cancelled the order because “I made the order 10 minutes before they close breakfast”. No where on the app or website does it say this…employees are most likely closing the breakfast station early at the inconvenience of customers. On top of that the manager does not try to help or make it right. Horrible location- ill start driving up to thornburg.

Terrible, TERRIBLE service. The food took a long time to receive, our order was wrong, no sauces were given, no spoons for mcflurries were given, no toy in the happy meal was given! I can go on forever about this place! I do not recommend coming here! The bathroom was very badly taken care of and was dirty. The service was terrible. When we went up to make things right about our order, they gave us attitude and threw our things, we asked for, to us. Unacceptable behavior. This place is just terrible all in all.

I have passed by this store for years to go to the Thornburg McDonald’s. It’s 10 minutes further from home but I can get served faster and my order is correct. The few times I have stopped at Ladysmith the wait is long and the food not up to par.

Awful service. I placed a mobile order which included 2 medium ice coffees, one caramel and one sugar free vanilla. I was given one medium and one small, no labels on either cup and they drinks looked like it was just milk. I went inside to have them remake it and the employees working were so unpleasant. They looked miserable and unhappy. On top of that one worker walked away and told another worker “she thought she ordered a medium”. I corrected her when she came back and she didn’t even bother to apologize. My mother spoke to another worker Hispanic lady and asked if she was the manager she gave her a smart response “she’s is a manager so am I and everyone else”. We asked if the drinks could be remade and she stated they ran out of coffee. No other alternative was provided. This is not the type of customer service we expected to get but go figure its a McDonald’s. Regardless to say not worth the visit or headache trying to get an issue resolved by workers who look unhappy to be working and unwilling to provide any customer service.

never in my life have i waited longer for fast food and when the food came my breakfast burrito stuck to the inside of the l paper it was wrapped in, my coffee tasted like cold tap water and caffeine, and they forgot my hash brown so I had to go back in and get it back. the arby’s or exon across the street would be a better bet.

Waited in the drive through for 40 mins.
When the drive through operator was questioned by cars in front of us you could hear the operator telling the customers to drop there attitude and go to a different place if they had a problem waiting. Very poor experience
