Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

The bathroom was a mess. The food did not taste very good, specifically the fries. They had an aftertaste that caused me to immediately spit out what I had taken a bite of. I understand that the new GM or Store Mng is new, as he mentioned that this location has lacked serious attention and care. Quote: “For a new store, I have never been in a location that was/is in such poor condition”. I hope the new management can turn this location around. Best of Luck!

Friday mid day, they were telling people the lobby was closed. This is while 12 people are standing at screens trying to order. Then, once entering, drive thru. We sat at the ordering screen for 10 min. before anyone took our order. We then wait another 10 min for the order.

Manager was a little annoyed because I asked for a different drink since the frozen Dr pepper wasn’t available to select on the mobile app order & pay. Bathrooms absolutely disgusting with no toilet paper. You can smell how nasty the bathrooms are in the restaurant on that end. My food was delicious and fresh and hot.

DO NOT STOP HERE WHEN TRAVELING. This is probably the most disorganized McDonald’s I have ever been to. We ordered our food at 1:18p inside, and did not receive our food until 1:50p. The one guy in the back was vaping and the managers just let it happen. The manager said she would give us a gift card because of the wait. Needless to say, we never received one. The ordered were showing up on the screen while we were waiting, and then they would disappear. I’m pretty sure they were just marking them as complete so they wouldn’t get dinged because there were at least 10 orders ahead of us that were taking too long too.

Horrible!!! 9:30PM… My 2 kids needed to be fed before heading home 2 hours away… I ordered & paid through the app & went through drive through… Doors were locked & only drive through was open. Many people drove off due to no response. Took 45 minutes to get my order for a cheeseburger meal & a 10 piece nugget meal & 3 caramel Frappes (which we didn’t get the frappes ‘cuz the machine was “broke for 3 months”… Only 1 person working. This is not the employees fault!! This is clearly a bad management issue. 5 stars for the young man that was the only one that showed up for work but 1 star for the store. I will make sure I never stop here on a trip again, especially late at night.

Once again I have made the mistake of coming to this McDonald’s. We have been in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes and haven’t even come up to the order box yet. This is the most poorly run McDonald’s I have ever experienced and it’s like this every single time.

Slowest drive thru service. You will have to wait 20 minutes to order and then wait even longer to get your food. They had a line of cars waiting to order. They would take an order and would not take another order until the person who had already ordered cleared the drive thru windows. Meanwhile your sitting at the menu board for 5 minutes waiting to order with a line behind you. They need to get their act together. Go watch Chick Fil-A and learn some customer service

This place is horrible!!! If they don’t mess your order up, they leave you in the drive thru for 20 or 30 minutes as it is impossible for anyone there to do their job in a timely manner. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They are the absolute worst at giving you the correct meal. I used the mobile app to order a 4 piece nugget after lunch time, I didn’t think to actually check the box. When I got home with it, I opened it to find 2 sausage patties… there is no reason for that big of a mix up.

Disappointed that only the drive through was open (I have never liked eating in my car) and I was very surprised how much everything increased in cost. Food was as expected…it is McDonald’s so you know what you’re getting…usually.
