They get the order wrong 100% of the time. You WILL have items missing. Check your bag before leaving. Took 40 minutes from ordering ahead online to receiving my food.

This is by far THE BEST Taco Bell in the area. I’ll drive all the way out there from Vancouver. They get our special orders correct every time. They never short us food. Service is always top notch! Very friendly. Great work!

This is the worst Taco Bell that I’ve even been too. 47 minutes for 5 cars. Speed of service is non existent! Manager called me a “Dickwad” when I complained. Needless to say I didn’t take the food. They need to clean this place up and give some customer service training to the staff and management. I will be taking this to the highest levels, as I am tired of this place and judging from the reviews so are others. The GM of this store should be ashamed to run this restaurant!!!!!! Their food is always soggy and cold and it takes forever to get anything here.

The franchise owner needs to be stripped of his or her franchise rights because this place is so incompetently run it is unreal. I have never in my life been to a fast food restaurant that is so consistently, mind-bogglingly slow. They frequently lack basic ingredients like rice and beans as well.

They stole my money. The drive-thru cashier “forgot” to give my card back at the drive thru. When I picked it up an hour later, I checked my account statement to find and extra $20+ charge from this location. I called them when I got home and they refused to answer the phone.

I’ve frequented this location over the last couple of years, and not once has been a good experience. It’s always either they don’t have the stock they need to make basic menu items or the employees closing the store way earlier than the hours state. The worst by far is when we went and an employee literally blocked the drive thru WITH THEIR CAR so they wouldn’t have to work. My boyfriend went tonight and he said the employee told him they closed at midnight but 2 hours later their lights were still on and they were still answering the headset. This is ridiculous.

How do you rate a fast food joint? Well, as compared to other joints especially other Taco Bell’s, this one is pretty tidy and decent. It’s quiet there too which I like. It’s definitely one of the better locations around!

Worst service ever this evening. Sent my adult son for dinner around 10 He ordered his food when he got the bag he noticed 3 items missing. He spoke to the person at the window and let her know what he was missing she went to talk to her manager came back and stated that he could not add items at the window. He tried to explain he is not adding there were some things missed at the speaker or maybe she did not hear him. He asked for the manager and she refused to come to the window so he asked for a refund on the 45.00 order. The window was shut on him an noone would come back to the window. He called me to let me know they would not let him get the rest of our food or a refund. I called the manager and asked why my son was not able to get his order she stated he was rude! I let her know my son is very well like and is not someone to get angry he actually worked at Taco Bell and if he got upset it was due to how he was treated. He did not yell or use fowl language he was just plain frustrated with the service he was receiving and the guy behind him yelling with profanity what was taking so long. I let her know i work in management and was curious why she did not come to the window to resolve the situation and maybe ask him to pull around the building if need be to get the rest of our food. She stated that she was busy making food and was not going to come to the window for this and she had the right to refuse service and refuse the refund. I asked for her name and she refused! At this point i am more than frustrated i am not as nice as my son and said one choice word to her and she hung up on me! So i will be calling tomorrow to hopefully get a resolve.

This Taco Bell seriously needs either to be shut down or a complete managerial restart. It is they SLOWEST drive thru I’ve ever come across with the most minimal traffic possible. I’m not sure if they’re unstaffed or simply incompetent, the service is inexcusably terrible.
