I repeatedly come here hoping for better service but I swear it just keeps getting worse….. this is a crunch wrap supreme I ordered. I’m in shock to say the least. In specific I know I’m gonna get bad service if there is a ginger kid with freckles working there. Please provide better training and more consequences. This is horrible. The reviews speak for themselves.

My wife ordered the new crispy chicken strips and they look nothing like they should. Burnt, inedible, and just gross looking. Don’t know what they gave us, but it’s definitely not chicken strips. You already wouldn’t have high expectations for Taco Bell, but this location is hands down consistently bad. Bad quality, bad service, and poor management.

Amazing experience. I went through the drive-thru in the middle of the day. No line, food was very fresh, and the person at the window was nice. Only complaint was that the drink was flat, but that happens to all restaurants sometimes, so I know that was just a one time experience
The biggest thing about this taco bell is the prices. The two closest taco bells to me raised their prices and got rid of certain items, they’re ridiculous now. This taco bell still has the old prices and items, so I finally got to get my “build your own cravings box” again, after almost a year of not being able to get it at mine.

First of all it’s a Taco Bell. You would think they would all be equal.
This one seems to be the same as the rest.
However, there is no one at the counter to take your order. They expect you to use the kiosk. I was okay with that.
We ordered one classic cravings box. Which comes with a chalupa with ground beef, play ground beef crunchy taco, five layer burrito and chips with nacho cheese sauce.
I noticed right away that the chalupa shell was very stale and hard to bite through. Then I noticed the flavor was off and looked inside to find chicken and not ground beef.
My wife ordered the three soft tacos meal. She ordered two of them to have chicken and one of them ground beef. Two of the tacos had hard shells and not soft shells. The chicken in both our meals was very bland.
I can tell by the way the cook was constructing the meals that he was new and very young.
We did not bring our meal back up for correction at the time. But when we were done I requested to speak with the manager on duty. I pointed out the mistakes that were made. She had stated that the cook was new hire. I get that, but you can’t put a new higher cook on the line without them being properly trained. They need to observe beside an experienced cook first.
Now I see why this place gets 2.5 Stars.
The other gripe that I have, which is the same gripe that I have with all Taco bells, is that none of the cooks ever construct the burritos properly. My five-layer burrito had refried beans on one end and seasoned ground beef on the other. At least they could lay the components in a line and then roll it up so that every bite has a taste of each of the components. Come on Taco Bell train your crew properly.

What I ordered looked delicious! Appeared to be about 1″ thick in ingredients however what I got was about 1/2″ thick of sauce? So gross $16 wasted just tastes like pepper. Will not be coming back here.

The staff was actually very nice but whoever is training them to give this product should be fired.

This place is the worst. Either a 45 minute wait or inedible food. This is my latest “taco”. I try them every few months thinking maybe it won’t be terrible this time, my mistake. The inside also is always dirtier than you would want to see in a food establishment. My opinion is this place must have absolutely terrible management; understaffed, zero training, no quality control, dirty, and generally not very friendly. Ohh, and half of the time they are out of a staple ingredient like beef.
I think I have finally learned my lesson for the last time, no more Ridgefield TB. Hopefully they finish the other fast food places soon.

We only had one person in front of us at the drive thru- ordered 4 items- waited over 15 minutes at the window with no acknowledgment from staff- received the wrong order. Turned around, walked in to return the wrong order and waited over 30 minutes for our correct order: not sure what they are letting these kids smoke before work but customer service was TERRIBLE. Not one apology and despite showing our receipt in what we paid for and ordered- staff accused us of not paying for 2 quesadillas that we ordered and consistently didn’t receive. Seriously such terrible service and follow thru.

Everything I ordered there was a problem. Sausage breakfast burrito, didn’t have tomatoes, steak grilled cheese burrito, didn’t have parchment paper, cheesy fiesta potatoes, no sour cream. Pretty said when you can’t order anything correctly. They charge .50-1.00 to add a sauce or item but still want to charge full price for their food. It’s gotten so expensive that it makes more sense to get a better burrito from a taco truck. This location specifically skimps on the amount of ingredients in their burritos making them flat and much smaller.

I was passing through and ordered through the app for dine in. The food was what I expected, I’m happy with my order. However, I probably wouldn’t have ordered if I’d have seen the inside of the restaurant. It was so dirty. The bathrooms were gross, no clean tables, garbage on floor everywhere. I was shocked! They need better management and follow through on cleanliness.

Little to no interaction from staff, I ordered at the kiosk. Floors were filthy, bathroom floor is covered in grease. Stop talking about the poor customer service they received at Starbucks and not paying any attention to people standing at the counter. Even just a hello have you been helped would’ve been very appreciated.
