I am seriously fed up with service at this fast food restaurant. I have to answer 20 up-sell questions each time I order a food item. When I do order extra meat or sour cream, you either get charged and receive NOTHING Extra or a small portion they call “extra”. They need to read their order screen and verify orders, they are making orders as we are talking! I get it, it’s minimum wage but I am just expecting to have what I ordered. The restaurant has become a constant disappointment.

I never come to Taco Bell but omg this food is a joke if you can even call it food . Who actually comes here !? What waste of money for garbage . Food was all a mess . Horrible packed . Barley can hear the guy taking to go orders . Pick up window was just kids who don’t care and unfriendly . Never will I be back to Taco Bell. I never have issues at taco time . I came to the Milton location and for the sixth time in a row they’ve got my order incorrect. The first few times I came. They gave me an order that wasn’t mine. A few times I came after that I got chicken Tenders and they were so hard I cannot chew through them. They were old so I came in today again on my lunch break. I always come on my lunch break and I ordered the Catina bowl With no rice because I’m diabetic and I cannot eat rice and I ask for extra chicken I always order this bowl from every Taco Bell I go to the bowl had only five beans in it barely a half a scoop and it was only one scoop of chicken and it was about a half a bowl of rice. I brought it in and talked to the staff working. she told me that she was the shift lead this is the woman who took my order and got it wrong even on the receipt it was wrong. I told her I get this bowl all the time and it wasn’t right. She asked me to see it. I showed her the five beans she said oh there is beans in there. I said that it’s supposed to be a lot more because this is usually what I order and she got an attitude with me. I was being very polite from the time I walked in and did not appreciate that. I also told her that it was not extra chicken and she said no it’s not she can remake it for me. I told her that I had to go to work and I needed a refund because I was on my lunch break and I didn’t have time for her to remake it. She told me that she cannot give me a refund and there was nothing she can do for me. I asked her for her management contact information and she would not give me the management contact information she would not give me the assistant manager or the general manager’s information. I asked her for her name and she whispered it so quiet I cannot hear her on purpose so I ended up leaving with no food and no refund to go anywhere else to get some lunch after work. This Taco Bell always gives me problems and I really do not appreciate it and I will not ever be back if I was you I would not go to the Milton Washington Taco Bell they should really get it together I didn’t take pictures because she took the bowl from me

The employees are on average nice, but the problem is with the preparation/packaging. Every time I buy from here, the shells are so soggy that they are disintegrating, and stuck to the paper. The hard shells are always cracked into several pieces on top of the sogginess and missing bottoms. I am not sure why, but it’s only this location that constantly has the soggiest ‘hard tacos’. It’s a mess. Please drain the meat before packaging meals. This is absurd. **this photo isn’t the soggiest (rare that it’s this ‘structured’), but here’s what I have at this moment.

There’s not much I can say about this place, that nearly everyone hasn’t already said, or heard, and that would be news to anyone. I can tell you, personally, I prefer Spanish cuisine, of a higher caliper and therefore I am not as much a fan as the average soul might be! My wife, however, loves Taco Bell and therefore, I do occasionally join her for some tacos and a burrito and I’ve never been disappointed in the quality of the food they offer. As a fast food supplier, I believe the associates working there, take pride in their efforts and provide the best service possible. I am, I’ll admit, a huge fan of their Fire Sauce, as I like it so hot, the only cure, is more! I use super hot chili’s to cool down, when I have spicy food! I love it, searing hot!
So, in all fairness, I have to give them at least 3 stars, as they do serve good fast food and because in my humble opinion, all things being equal, I’d rather be at Azteca or Mazatlan, scarfing down a sizzling skillet of Fajitas, a pound of refried beans, tortilla chips, salsa and non stop, Margaritas… (“HIC”)

I had a really positive experience in this Taco Bell and the young folks that work there are amazing. They’re very diligent conscientious hard-working and they really do care about what they’re doing it seems just in the brief 15 minutes that I was there and in chatting with the staff I was pleasantly surprised that the young people today still have a solid work ethic and great attitudes. Food was excellent taco bell. Clean.prompt. courteous. Professional

Overpriced cheap food and small quantities. 2 regular combo’s came out to 30$?? Thought they had made a mistake. But they charge a dollar extra per item in each order to include meat. Want sause also? Better break out the checkbook cause that’s extra too. Not sure how you can sell a item and charge extra for the main ingredient. Scummy business practice

Milton Taco Bell has been and is currently the worse. It’s pretty bad when the drive thru customer service is the best part of the entire joint. I decided to try it one more time after not having fast food for a few months. I am disgusted and frankly super disappointed and frustrated because it’s worst than the last time: food dripping with grease, tacos thrown together and barely wrapped enough to keep the contents in. I couldn’t even finish my meal because it is such a freaking mess! Even the drink I got for my friend tastes like flat seltzer water. The cinnamon twists taste like they haven’t changed their grease in a month and there was NO cinnamon sugar on but a single one. I have heartburn already. It’s my own fault for trusting it, but I don’t know anyone right now that goes out of their way to satisfy a quick craving after a 12 hour work day, and purposely waste $$ on shitty food, money I won’t see again but at-least I can help save a few people the time and aggravation from going there in the first place.
