It has been a while since I’ve been to this location. The portions were scanty at best. The $6 crunch wrap was so poorly made it was embarrassing to have spent so much on it. Almost nothing inside and lighter than the cheesy bean and rice. I know they can do better, but I won’t be back for a while.

Just went thru drive thru and ordered on the app. When I pulled up to the window I was handed my drink and asked if they could please fill up my creamy jalapeño sauces all the way because they are always only half way full. Simple request to get what I pay for. $0.45 each. So it’s like paying $0.90 for one instead of two. She then said ok. She did not say anything to the people making the food then handed me my food with a guilty face like she had no clue I asked her for full sauces what I paid for. Then another worker comes and asks can I help you? I said yes. Can you please fill my sauces up all the way? They are always only half way full. She storms off and asks the people making the food for an extra full sauce. She then gets a bag and hands me the sauce in the bag. I said I don’t need the bag. I just want the sauce. She said we can’t take the bag back….as I just wait there and then she grabs it and shuts the drive thru window on me as if I was an inconvenience for asking to get what I paid for. Smh. Get home and it is so full it is overflowing out of the lid. Spilling. Crazy. I know it is 2025, but please do better. Not the first time I have been given attitude at this location. I understand these kids are making no money at all, but don’t take it out on customers. I wasn’t rude. We are not the problem. Please do better

Taco Bell do better! I always get the deluxe luxe box with a steak chalupa no tomatoes for him and tomatoes on mine, with a Doritos taco , chips and cheese sauce, and 5 layer burrito with a large Baja blast well The deluxe luxe box for the steak chalupa said nothing about no tomatoes on the box and I open it up to it saying no tomatoes on mine my bf box said no tomatoes on his and he had tomato on his steak chalupa.. he hates tomatoes and I like them why would you do this to me? Were you guys high or something? I can’t eat the one with tomatoes because my bf already ate his and threw the tomatoes away I’m really sad about this. $16.34 per person x2 so $32.24 and $1.54 for service fee plus the tip which was about $38 maybe a lil more all together on DoorDash

I hated it this time. I always do but not like this time. It was SOOO cold and it was already pretty icy outside. I was turning purple and I’m not kidding. My kid was cold too. We even brought a blanket inside. Makes the food cold as hell too. Employees are lazy and rude. Waited 20 minutes for a soft taco, bean and cheese burrito, and cheesy potatoes. I’m never going back to that location. I was miserable.

slowest possible service and employees act like you are the problem. Stood at the register for 7 minutes with empty store and drive thru. Employee finally comes over. I say something about it and they kick me out of the store. STAY AWAY from here!!!!

Would give zero stars if it were possible. Order was wrong. Paid extra for several things and didn’t receive any of it. Tried to take it back and they refused. Verbatim “I don’t care”. Never going back. Toxic environment, incapable (or ignorant) staff. Gross.

I ordered some bacon breakfast burritos, they were sausage and had no egg just cheese and barley filled. I called and they said they would make them for me again. went the next day and they barely filled them again. I didn’t even eat them, I gave them to my friend. tons of flys in the dining room. The last photo is how they advertise it and I have had it that way at other Taco Bell. Not my first bad experience here won’t be going anymore.

Went here at 10:25am in the drive thru to order breakfast. Was told they were out of breakfast and if I wanted it, I would have to come inside to order and wait. So I did. I stood at the counter to order and a girl asked me if I ordered at the keyosk. I said no, can I order here? She said no, and pointed at the Keyosk and said to order from it. The second I placed my order for 15 of their $1.50 breakfast tacos, I heard “oh my god!” and a bunch of groaning and displeasure from the cooks in the back. Then they turned all the menus above to show the lunch menu. I waited 30 minutes for less than half filled little tacos. This restaurant was not even slammed with customers either. I understand waiting but the grunts and groans and comments from the back cooks was very rude. Breakfast ended at 11am so it’s not like I ordered this at 10:55am. I probably got spit in my food too. This store needs a better leader!!!!!!! Look at your most recent comments. Your store isn’t doing so well guys!!!!

So disappointed. We went here for dinner, we were the only ones in the drive-thru. We had pre-placed our order in the app, no issues. Once we got home, we were SO disappointed in the food. Our cheesy gordita crunches (2) had almost no cheese on them, basically just a soft gordita around a crummy crunchy taco. The nacho cheese fries were cold and hard, they were actually inedible. Lastly, the soft tacos were extremely underfilled. The only thing that was ok (and I’ve had better) was the Crunchwrap. We spent over $30 and it sucked.
