So I enjoy smashburger usually. Their scorching hot fries are amazing. Last two times I’ve gone in though the burgers arent smashed at all. Just thick picks that don’t come close to the edge of the buns. No crisp or anything. Pretty much a 5 guy’s burger which I didnt want but still ate. Just hoping next time they actually smash the burgers like they use to. Also sadly I got their scorching hot shrimp and fries last night and only the fries has the scorching.. shrimp would of been a lot better had it had the scorching on it as well. Nice staff though and fairly quick.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but the food was so disappointingly bad here I feel obligated to share.
The patty was just over half the size of the bun, with brown, rotting lettuce on top. (That’s all that was on there!) I got it to-go, and didn’t open the bag until I got home.
After tax and tip, this sad excuse for a burger came out to $11! Definitely never coming back to Smashburger. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

The burgers are good but the brussel sprouts are DELICIOUS!!! They are so good we tried to match them at home. I don’t know how they do it. We matched the recipe exactly but they were not like the ones at Smashburgers. And the fries with cheese were super good too. The lady who works in the sugarhouse one is so nice and really good at her job. I can’t get over how good everything is since its a fast food place.

One of our favorite spots. Consistently good and always fresh made to order! You can’t say that about other chains! No warming ovens here just fresh made to order food. I love their specialty burgers and we tried the breakfast sandwiches today and they were delicious, again made fresh to order with REAL eggs. Crispy bacon too. And it’s served all day. We’ll be back for more!

A good smashed burger (crispy patty) with gluten free bun. Get the double (any variation) with fried egg and extra mayo! Rosemary fries are good although the size has shrank thanks to shrinkflation! Service was good by the older employees.

Cashier didn’t understand the cash I gave to pay. Asked for a card payment with the cash in her hand.
Then it took over 20 minutes for my food to come and there was only one other person there. Burger was small. Forgot the BBQ sauce on my BBQ burger. Sweet potato fries were yummy.

I hadn’t been here for 5 years probably. Came back because of the kids eat free promo. Burger was tasty. I got the single patty Colorado. Nice spicy flavor but not too spicy. It does have a lot of cheese it it felt heavier than I expected. Rosemary tots were tasty!
