It was an okay experience overall. The place wasn’t that clean, and there weren’t many options that didn’t have pork, which was kind of disappointing. The pizza that was available was just alright — nothing special but not terrible either. The best part was the arcade; it added a fun touch and made the visit a little more enjoyable. Not the best Cicis I’ve been to, but it wasn’t that bad — it was cool for what it was.

Look, I know it’s Cicis and it is what it is. But seriously, I got into a small discussion with one of the cooks here. I was joking that they got screwed on their tomato shipment and thought they’d laugh along with me about it. Instead he actually told me they would be serving these and “there’s nothing wrong with them.” I think this interaction says everything you need to know about the quality of food here.

It had been a while since I visited because of previous management and service issues, but I decided to stop in tonight. I’m so glad I did.
Anthony was exceptional from start to finish. He greeted us at the register with a great attitude, answered questions thoroughly at the line—especially helping a customer who had concerns about dietary ingredients—and even took the initiative to go into the lobby to straighten up and wipe down tables. His attention to detail and customer care did not go unnoticed.
I definitely see a positive change. If you’re like me and stopped coming because of past service issues, I encourage you to give them another chance. They’re doing an amazing job.

Very nice, clean, place that is conveniently located. The staff puts in an effort to keep the buffet clean so there is none of the spillage and ingredient-mixing that one typically sees. The pizzas can be custom-ordered at the buffet and are made with care unlike typical places where they are often not fully cooked. Great service from Kayden, Anthony and Carla.

Came to take my kids to eat, informed I’m not showered to sit with my kids unless I pay 10$ for food I can’t medically eat. Not everyone can eat something their kids enjoy as a treat maybe have some understanding. Your food is not some type of prize to be coveted

We planned a field trip in the area and called ahead to this CiCi’s a few days before to forewarn that we had a group of 35 visiting soon.
The day of, the manager, Cassandra, called us 30 mins ahead of time to see what pizzas she could prepare for us. WOW!
I don’t think we’ve ever received this kind of service before!
Place was clean, welcoming staff, and the food was plentiful.
We will be back!

It really sucks that this location has to be so strict because of people stealing food. My son was craving pizza and begged to go to CiCi’s for his 13th birthday, and that’s what he wanted for dinner. When I approached the register, I ordered one buffet for him. The gentleman explained that I would also have to purchase an adult buffet, even if I didn’t plan on eating. My son still wanted to eat there, so he ended up having to eat by himself while I was told I could not remain in the restaurant. I had to go sit in my car and wait for him to finish. Honestly, under normal circumstances, I would have left. But it was my son’s birthday, and it was his request. I won’t be returning to this location. I understand that a business has to do what it has to do, but unfortunately, in situations like this, the honest customers end up having to walk away.

This is the best pizza buffet that I have ever had. Vegetarian options are very scant in pizza buffet, but Cici’s Pizza is an exception.
They had multiple Vegetarian options like Bread sticks, Cheese Pizza, Veggie Pizza (freshly made), Mac & Cheese, Salad bar, Pasta etc.
Ken was very friendly when we informed him about food restrictions and took time to explain what all are suitable for vegetarians and if it contains Meat / Seafood / Egg etc.
He specifically informed that soup contains Chicken and Brownies have Egg in them, very thoughtful.
I will definitely keep coming back here !!!

After my son’s basketball game we came here for pizza, although I do not like pizza I went next door to get Chinese instead. Not only did they charge me a buffet plate when I did not want to eat the pizza , only buying for the kids. They charged me when I did not ask for a plate, so I had them remove it.
Then I was told I could not even sit in the restaurant with my family unless I paid $10 .
Because I get hypoglycemic , I’m sitting in the car eating my food because I’m also not allowed to eat other food I brought even if I paid the $10. Ridiculous

I’m went here this weekend and received UNCOOKED pizza dough! For $40 I got 2 uncooked pizza! U could literally squeeze the dough and reshape it that’s how undone it was! My whole car stinks of pizza dough because of the uncooked yeast! Will never eat here again and filed a complaint with the health department.
