It’s recently opened with a new crew who’s still learning. They accidentally gave someone else my order but cleared it up quickly and had a new pizza for me in like 6 minutes. The place is super clean, staff is friendly and working hard and I look forward to it being a regular spot!

I went to the Papazones store at Cochran road for an online pickup order, and it took 30 minutes to prepare just one pizza. This is not the first time — I have visited this location about 5 to 7 times over the past month since they opened, and every time the wait has been 20–30 minutes.
There is usually only one employee working in the mornings, which may be contributing to the delays. However, today when I politely asked the employee why it always takes so long and mentioned that it would be helpful to know in advance so I could decide whether to wait or cancel, she responded very unprofessionally. She said she is the manager and told me that if I cannot wait, I can leave the store or she can cancel the order from the system. That is not an appropriate way to communicate with customers.
Additionally, I noticed that gloves were not being used while preparing the pizza, which raises serious food safety concerns.
I hope management addresses the staffing issues, improves customer service, and ensures proper food safety standards are followed.

I wish they would get a lit sign on the store front because I don’t think a lot of people even realize it’s there but it’s solid . Ive ordered from here pick up probably 6 times now and the place is always spotless. They def seem to be doing it the right way . Used to order Pizza Hut but they fell of sooooo bad that I can’t order it any more so now papa will be the way .

Poor customer service. They did not make the pizza the way I usually get it at other locations. When I called them just outside their store, they said “That’s the way we make it.” No apologies, no offer to remake. Poor human relations with customers.

Only had PaPaJohns once in Fla. Didn’t like it. So decided to give them another chance.

Expensive, waited over an hour for delivery. The pizza was so bad I threw most of it in the trash. How do they stay in business?Better ingredients? The cheese tastes like saw dust, bad texture no flavor. Cheap bad sauce.
Don’t waste your time or money. They will be closed in 6 months. Pittsburghers Deserve better pizza!
