This location has been my go-to for something quick and cheap for a while now. For the longest time I had no issues but in the last few months they seem to have hired the same employees from Jack in the Box across the street. The same ones that always messed up my order while repeatedly asking if my dogs a boy at the window (first of all, why is that relevant- just give me my food. and second, I answered the first time). This same employee was rushing the TB window and handed me a bag of like 6+ tacos when I only ordered a bean burrito. I’m vegetarian so that wasn’t a win, just a waste of my time because some oddball cashier can’t focus.

I ordered a Doritos Loco Taco supreme and I took a bite of it only to taste mold!! The taco was moldy and I called the store to talk to a manager and all she asked was if I had the taco still and if I wanted them to make a new one for me! I said heck no! I told her to check her ingredients and to make sure no one else gets sick. I started feeling super sick after a few hours of eating it. I will not be going back there and they should take better care of the food!

Really frustrating when you order a Mexican pizza and they put the box in the bottom of the bag, and pile the rest of my order on top of the box. By the time I got home, half of the Mexican pizza was stuck to the top of the box. Other than that- they were quick with my order, and staff was pleasant.

All was great at this location. Food was tasty well prepared and fresh. The employees were friendly, they greeted me when I came in and when the lady who prepared my food completed the order she immediately brought it to me instead of putting it down for someone else to give it to me. Also a great smile and thank you for coming in came from her. Great food AND customer service. I don’t see that very much anymore. Thanks guys!!! Oh yeah.. I tried a new food item the Yellow Bird Nacho Fries. Fantastic!!!!

On numerous visits. The food has been improperly prepared and served in that fashion. Chalupas with nothing but lettuce in them. Tacos with. Nothing but lettuce in them. So on and so on. Not once but multiple times. My opinion, find a different Taco Bell to visit and save yourself the headache and the agitation.

Today I went though the drive though (DT) .When I go to this location they are always out of sauce for the special item. I came for the volcano taco and they were out of sauce. I ordered the cravings box instead, whatever. The cashier at the time 7/27 around 5:45pm.. gave me my stuff. Was rushed and put my card on top of the box. She said “careful your card is in top” well… take the extra second and hand me my card separately because it was awkward and could have fallen outside my car in the drive through. If she’s concerned about her average service DT time, she can take the extra step and hand it separately. If I dropped my card, I would half to pull forward. Get out. Stop the car behind me, and get my card. Causing the line to be even longer than it was.

First time having an issue on 7/7/23 940pm. Went through drive through and didn’t get one of my items. It happenes but when I went in it took them close to 10 min to get my single item that was left out of my bag. And they tries to make me feel like the bad guy??? Kinda bad experience If you ask me.

They have an issue with stopping a person while ordering so they can give food or take payment. This has caused many issues with getting the order right. If you have one person for both tasks then do one completely then the other.

Nachos soggy and cold, taco shells, stale -Doritos, Locos. The meal I ordered came with sour cream on the nacho, and it appears that somebody just pulled a portion off because I was missing a lot of chips(residual, sour cream)and again tremendously soggy for no one being in line in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous for a $15 fast food meal for one person.
