My friend wanted to go get some tacos at Taco Bell today. So we went there and we asked like three times for supreme bean tacos not beef. Not everybody eats meat. Finally they got it right. I asked for a side of guacamole. It was 50 cents not long ago. Now it’s a $1.50. you can see from the pictures how much they give you. This cup is no bigger than the size of a quarter. You can buy an whole avocado for a dollar. I told them I want you to fill this cup full. They flat-out refused. I said I ordered a side of guacamole not half side. She told me that was the recommended amount. Finally after much fighting back and forth I got more guacamole. What is wrong with the service industry?! This is complete Insanity that they can’t accommodate someone with a request like that. So then we get home and the supreme tacos were more expensive, yet they didn’t put the required toppings. I had to get out my own cheese because one of my tacos had none on it. And look at these tomatoes, these are garbage tomatoes. We had to make the order smaller, because it came to almost $26 for 8 small tacos at Taco Bell. No drinks, no desserts, just tacos. You can go to a fancy restaurant and get fish tacos that are much bigger and better that are stuffed for $11, and those restaurants don’t use grade D beef, with lard in their beans. I wrote this review, because I want people to start speaking up about the gouging that is going on in our country. I’m going to report them. This food is terrible for what they’re charging. It’s almost inedible. They deserve to have their business slammed shut!

Always a solid stop when passing through Wilsonville! The staff here are quick, friendly, and the food comes out fresh every time. The dining area and drive-thru are both clean and well-run, even during busy lunch hours. I’ve stopped here multiple times after work and they’ve never messed up an order. Definitely one of the better Taco Bells around.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. The boy Dylan Rodriguez at the drive threw window threw a tissy fit about wiping off the side of my drink cup due to it overflowing under the soda machine after asking politely the first time he refused after already having a napkin in his hand. As we where leaving he slammed the drive threw windows shut. Went inside and complained after experiencing the worst costumer service after asking a simple question the other associates followed up with also being rude, obviously they need to find a better industry to work in if they can’t give simple work ethic or show kindness to customers.

For some reason they are incapable of understanding the difference between “add” and “substitute” an ingredient. Any time I ask for steak to be added to my food there’s an 80% chance they just completely replace the original protein with it, even after they double check to clarify. I don’t have time to keep checking my food before I drive back to work, insanely frustrating.

Absolutely the worst taco bell I’ve been to. Just look at the pics of my “nacho” fries without a single hint of spices. The place was fast but the food was terrible. Idk how you can be this incompetent but they managed. If you can go to another I’d recommend that.

I ordered 6 crunchy steak tacos and basically all of them were like this. Barely any meat, hardly any cheese, 2/3 of the taco was just shell and nothing else. I brought the photos of the food inside and the manager said that is the proper amount of steak. He said that is one scoop of steak. The taco had 4 small pieces of steak on it. I showed another employee and she said “the steak pieces are big”, just shows that people will defend who they work for no matter what. This place is one of the worst Taco Bell’s in Oregon

Update I get home from ordering street tacos and this is what I get. They fixed it so I am okay but I have no bloody clue what this is.
I am tired of paying 25 or 30 dollars and them asking me if I want sauce, I tell then what I want, and they give me no sauce. Like come on I spend money here a lot
Costomer service at drivethrough is awful. The one lady there is super nice. But the younger Spanish and older Spanish lady are rude. And nasty at the window

This location is noticably more expensive than other taco bells. The boxes that normally cost 5$ and 7$ are both about 40-50% more expensive. Go to a different location or pay way more than you should. Also an item was missing from my order. Fortunately they fixed that with no fuss, but this place is still way more expensive than any other taco bell I’ve been to in the area.
