Terrible experience I came here last night. My group ordered three medium nacho fries and one large nacho fry. When we got our order they put all 4 orders of nacho fries in one big container altogether. We knocked on the door and asked them to fix it and the guy said that that’s all of them just mixed together and that we would have to separate them ourselves. He then gave us the 4 individual nacho fry sleeves to do so. When we sorted them, it barely filled three medium nacho fry sleeves, and the employees refused to fix their mistake.

I went through the drive-through and they forgot one of my orders so I went all the way home just to tell my kid that they forgot it had to drive all the way back and this isn’t the first time that it’s happened so please make sure you check your orders because these guys always forget to add something in your bag and the manager after complaining didn’t really show any remorse and just offered a refund on that item the time it takes to deal with this is not OK

The new chicken nuggets that they carry are very good!!! Honestly the best fast food nuggets I’ve ever had. Really good quality chicken and there’s a nice, thick breading on them with good flavor.
If you remember the McDonald’s chicken selects (chicken strips) that they carried years ago, these nuggets remind me of those. Super yummy and I love them with the spicy ranch (not spicy at all).

The food is alright however I feel like someone needs to give the employees beginner friendly books because they apparently can’t read an order right for the life on them, I don’t think there’s been a single DoorDash order I’ve had where I’ve actually have everything in my order be correct to the order. It’s not rocket science, it’s fast food.
