Amazing! Large menu selection or “built your own” option. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The food was unfortunately not as hot as I expected, but warm enough to still be good. The large noodle dish was plenty of food for myself.

The chefs special is like $10 before you add protein.
It’s Spicy diavolo sauce, romaine, mozzarella, sweet peppers, spicy ranch. So cheese lettuce sauces and a few peppers for $10… then add protien $3-$6… I did steak for $4
It was to wet with sauce and limp romaine which gives off water.. So it drips all over the place as the tortilla holding it is thin and for a burrito not well wrapped. Whatever steak they used was cooked too low too slow and did not render fat so its chewy and has fat strands… OH SO CHEWY!
The way they cooked the steak felt microwaved lol…
The Calamari on our pasta bowl is made to order so they gave it to us on the side, But holy molly was it salty… like couldn’t taste anything but salt… we had a custom small pasta bowl too… it was ok.
The cheese piada stick was good and well made, BUT THE PEPPERONI PIADA STICK HAD SPARSE FILLINGS IN A 4 INCH SECTION IN MIDDLE. The whole stick was cooked into oblivion and anymore and it would be severely burnt. In all we found the ingredients very lacking and tasted meh… my wife said Ii tasted so much better when.she had it for lunch a few days back.

Went in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was served. Employees were all pleasant and welcoming. I was able to get through the line pretty quickly and the food was great. I will definitely be back to this location. The dining room was clean and plenty of seating along with a patio so you can enjoy your meal outdoors on nice days

Big food portion and tasty piada! Ordered the hand rolled piada with avocado and steak, along with a spaghetti bowl with half and half sauce (carbonara + diavolo) topped with fried hot chicken. My favorite was the piada bread and would definitely come back for another hand rolled piada in the future!

So my experience was interesting. There was a young woman who rang me out, and there was a young ma’am, who then argued with her that it wasn’t the right price and made her redo the whole thing taking a charge out of my bank account and now having to wait for it to come back, it was very inappropriate of this young man to argue with his coworker in front of me and then to put that on me if something was done incorrectly
My daughter is Getting medical care at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and it took a lot longer for me to check out and get back to her because of this young man, taking it upon himself to cause trouble It’s very frustrating
It doesn’t even matter what the food taste like we will not be going back

I have to give credit where credit is due. My company got doordash delivered for lunch and I received a call from the manager telling me that they forgot a whole bag of our food. Normally, most restaurants would just take the hit for it and continue on about their day. However, the Piada manager personally delivered our missing bag of food and got here before the doordash even arrived! I believe his name was Dylan. I was amazed at the customer service I experienced with Piada. It was great that I didn’t have to look at my coworkers and tell them that they don’t get lunch or that we have to wait another hour for more food to be delivered. Thank you so much Dylan!!!

I had such a great experience at Piada Italian Street Food! The food was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly. What really stood out, though, was the service — Latoya and Anthony were both so kind, friendly, and welcoming. They truly went above and beyond to make the experience wonderful. I typically enjoy Piada on occasion. This stop I tried a newer item on their menu, I believe it was the meatball pocket. I really liked it. I thought it was supposed to have marinara on the inside, but it only came in the side. Regardless, it was really good.
The only reason for the 4 stars on the service wasn’t for the staff, they were all friendly, it’s for the carry out set up. Online, it gives you an option for a pickup kiosk, however inside this location, you have to wait for someone to speak to. During busy times, this can defeat the option to carry out, rather than just wait in line. All in all, it was good and I’ll be back.

I’ve been to other locations of this franchise before, but this one gave me the best service so far. The staff was extremely kind, polite, and attentive from start to finish. On top of that, the food was really good. I highly recommend both their service and the quality of the food!

My boyfriend and I went here Friday (10/31/25) and had a bad experience with one of the workers. When we walked up the woman whispered something and didn’t look up at us and ask if we were ready to order so we stood there awkwardly until she looked up and gestured us to. After we ordered she was incredibly unfriendly. One of the customers in front of us was still waiting for his food to be made and said he wasn’t sure if the cook heard her yell for his chicken. She looks at him and goes “OH yeah they did I yelled 3 damn times” with the worst attitude. I could tell her coworkers felt awkward too. As we finished up to pay she screams “yeah im gonna quit that’s it” in front of us. We didn’t do a thing to her. And trust me I get it we all have bad days it happens but I worked in food service for years and I NEVER spoke to customers like this or in front of them like this. Incredibly rude like girl if you hate it so bad go ahead and quit.
