This is the second time I’ve gone to taco bell this week and they messed up my order. I ordered the number 6 meal with a lemonnade and diablo fries. I got 1 chalumpa 1 crunchy taco and a lemonade. The rest was wrong. They gave me to nachos and 2 burritos.

Seriously. This is what I get for my order for using mobile app. 1/4 a burrito. Made complaint on app, call the store and no number to call someone. No customer service just an email for spam.
I worked in past time and they had a number in the office, and the manager said you have the complaint. You search online for the number. In addition I had to wait 15 minutes after waiting 15 minutes for my order to confirm completion. It’s more of a burrito turd then a burrito.

Ordered 2 burritos for my daughter and a taco for myself and cinnimon twists to snack on on the way home. My daughter’s burritos had no filling, and my taco was all she’ll. I asked for extra beef and extra cheese. Paid $8+ for a taco for it to be less than standard. Oh, I forgot I ordered the twists…. much like they did.
I selected dine in because my daughter likes to sit inside. They served our food in a bag. I had to say excuse me 3× because everyone was in the back chatting away. Once finally seated I noticed the twists were missing. I returned to the counter and the girl brought the twists and dropped them face down in my bag.

Staff have been very friendly and even had conversation with me occasionally. I always order through the app and they have gotten my order right everytime. I recommend the luxe boxes as they are the best value and a lot of food. I like all of the bean options for no additional price, because beef doesn’t agree with me.

This place was horrible. Keeping in mind taco bell is one of my favorite fast food places. Not only did they get my order wrong, but than we’re a bit condescending and rude when I had to reorder through the drive through. Here a picture of the burrito they ended up giving me. If anyone gets this burrito you know this is pathetic. The people working definitely don’t know what there doing. Maybe they’re all new but if so do better. 2 drive through attempts and still left with this is pathetic.

This experience literally made my day. I am going through my first pregnancy and the cravings have been insane, literally all I wanted was the avocado ranch chicken taco. I haven’t been able to stop craving it all week. I went this morning to get it as a little treat. When I ordered the gentleman at the drive thru window told me they didn’t bring it back BUT quickly followed up with but I will make it for you. He had no idea how much it meant to me and he even said before I left come back any time and we will make it for you. Made my day. Love this TB!

nice ppl good music clean dining room disgusting bathroom. i usually rate my places based on if my family would feel safe/served. and it’s kind of a no. maybe it’s just the US in general and i’m having a hard time coping. its not the workers but corporations, the gov’t and billionaires

Horrible experience here the 5 layer burrito cost more at this location and was the size of a cheese roll up I’m a frequent Taco Bell customer to different locations definitely will not come back here again and food was not up too other locations par for sure staff was rude when I mentioned it she said that’s how they come I laughed
