I went through the drive-thru today and was helped by a young lady named Rain. I could tell she was in training, but she did a great job. Her voice was so kind and patient, and she made the interaction really pleasant. Customer service like that makes a difference. Kudos to her and the team for doing a great job training their staff.

I’m can’t walk and my mother go to get me a steak egg bagel and they put another bagel with bacon witch is not the one ordered in the paper wrap that is for the steak egg. I call them of what happens and they just tell me that they can do nothing about it if someone don’t come to replace it with the ticket. So how I will do that if I don’t have anyone to go because they the person who go to get me the breakfast left all ready. This is not the first time this happens, even by apps the send the wrong order just because they don’t check the order or not be listening of what are they doing.

I visited this location with two of my friends from Ocoee High School. We were sitting quietly, not being loud or disruptive in any way, when the manager suddenly told all of the Ocoee High students to leave. Most of the students there weren’t doing anything wrong — just sitting, talking, or eating peacefully. It felt completely unfair to be judged and kicked out just because of where we go to school. This kind of treatment left a really bad impression, and I hope management reconsiders how they handle situations like this in the future.

I online ordered a shamrock mcflurry and apple pie considering its sunday my cheat day….after pulling threw the line I got a apple juice box instead of the apple pie…returned it and got the correct item…driving hm I was about 20 feet away I noticed its a regular mcflurry not shammrock…..spun back around and told them about the mix up…and didnt get a new item or a corrected item…they seemed too of topped it off with the green sauce and gave it back to me…totally disappointed on my cheat day…

How is this even possible? We bought two medium coffees—always order with light ice, and they never follow through. Fine. But the coffee was terrible—sweet water with ice. Just awful. Ordered a Happy Meal for my kid—it turned out not so happy. Wanted to get more Minecraft toys, but they only had one kind. My child ended up in tears. Total mood killer.

Worst McDonald’s service I have ever experienced worldwide. One in every three orders comes wrongly delivered. It’s unbelievable. I used to have to go back to the drive-thru to get my order ready. Now I check everything before leaving and they keep making mistakes.

I filled out the mcdvoice survey before we left, mentioning in my comments that it was a minor bummer that we were only able to get two copies of the same toy with two happy meals, but things slowed down a bit and the manager came by with another Mario Kart toy, and let us keep the second Luigi. It probably helped a lot that my four year old is pretty cute, but definitely appreciate the thoughtfulness to take care of us. Thanks again!

This McDonald’s has a generally peaceful atmosphere. I sometimes come here on Sunday afternoons and the music is peaceful and it’s quiet in the lobby and I’m able to read.
I actually left a Starbucks to come here and it is much more peaceful
The food is decent for the McDonald’s as well.

Horrible customer service!
I went in 5:30am on 12/28/18. First of all, I waited over 7 minutes before being acknowledged. No greeting; just “acknowledged.” No big deal. So I began to order: I asked for a big breakfast, no bread…the guy looked at me incredulously. No bread? He repeated with a look…yes, I’m allergic to bread. I can’t have gluten. I’d like to substitute the bread for sausage. “We cannot do that!” I told him that I do it all the time. With an attitude he rung it up and told me the price. I said I wasn’t done ordering. I told him about a previous experience there where they wouldn’t give me an espresso shot, only coffee and I told him I simply wanted an espresso shot. He said they don’t do that. I decided not to argue and instead ordered a mocha frappuccino. He said they don’t sell that. I said what do you mean? He said, rather rudely, that they sell frappe’s. I said fine. Give me one of those with a double shot of espresso inside of it. Eventually I was given my order and not a word was said to me. I shook my head and left, but returned a second later for my forgotten hash brown. No word was spoken as I left again. I took a picture and left, vowing to take a break from McDonald’s, me and my family of 8 and I’m spreading the word!
