I will never return to this Church’s Chicken location. They have young, extremely rude staff who clearly don’t care about customer service. On top of that, they’re cheating people. I order sides only for my family and they placed paper trays inside the boxes to make it look like the order was full, but they charged me for a full family order and only gave me a large.
By the time I got home and realized what they did, it was ridiculous to even consider driving back and honestly, I doubt they would’ve answered the phone anyway.
The attitude I experienced at the counter was enough to tell me they have no interest in helping customers. As someone who runs a service-based business myself, I know how important good customer service is. This location is okay in the early day but they have NONE EVER IN THE EVENING OR NIGHTTIME at all. They’re rude, dishonest, and clearly not trained to appreciate or respect the people spending their money there.
I’m posting this on all my platforms so others in the community don’t waste their time or money here. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting to disrespect people and to test our intelligence by cheating us and wanting our money and I didn’t even get my receipt, so I’ll go to Gjs Chicken across the street or the one thats further north on Blue Ridge!

I tried to leave a Google review, but I see that it was erased. So here we go again… However, the wraps the tortillas was hard The chicken tender meal was cold. I didnt get my macaroni and cheese. The bombers were cold and overcooked, where there was no filling on the inside, even though they were cold when I called to tell them about the macaroni and cheese it was like they didnt believe me and I come here all the time and I think that that is disgusting and in the times that we are living in and people are still coming and spending the hard earned money that you all will make that food like that is ridiculous and I was on my way to a meeting and picking up my food and somebody else food just to show up and it was trash. The customer service is usually nice usually when I come back up there with those overcooked bombers, they usually make me some fresh ones at least the manager he does but those girls that is up there they feel that they shouldnt have to do anything or its like the customers fault that theres no filling on the inside of the bombers, but everything was cold not only but the tortilla Was hard On the wraps. I ordered on the app And didn’t open it up until I got to the location, so make sure y’all check y’all food before you leave. Might want to even taste it.

Ordered this excuse of a chicken sandwich online and it looked very different. I spent almost 15 minutes in a drive thru lane and after the 250 points was taken out of an account, I received this skimpy chicken sandwich. It doesn’t look like the original chicken sandwich that’s on their rewards program. Church’s needs to fix this and I will be waiting to see if they do.

This location is very disrespectful, especially when it comes to the churches App. I literally had a coupon for a free 2 piece chicken in the app. I had the WR code and everything and they are telling me I have to buy a meal to get a meal, even though the app said free. I drove all the way up there just to be told I have to pay. This place shows favoritism towards a certain group and I’m not for it. needs new management ASAP!!!
