Pretty good. I typically get the burger and fries which are always great. But this visit I had a salad. It was just meh. The grilled chicken was warm and oddly textured. Most of my lettuce was white.
I do want to give kudos to them for having TWO HOOKS in the ladies restroom. Two!!! All public restrooms should have hooks so this Braum’s location having TWO goes above and beyond!

I go here often and always good food. My only complaint would be ease up on the salt when seasoning the meat please sometimes I’ll order my family burger in the evening and they are so salty you can’t eat them. During the daytime no issues with that.

I have some questions, actually about both Braum restaurants in Paris, TX. Everytime I go to buy ice-cream out the freezer on the Grocery side, the ice-cream is out of date. One of the Butter Pecan flavor had 12/18/25 on it, are these expiration dates? If so, are the Ice-creams getting rotated around?

The Gouda double cheese burger combo that we shared was awesome, and we both had double dips – I had black walnut & Daniel had a dip each of chocolate almond and peanut cluster fudge – really the best ice cream ever! Staff was super friendly, smiled often & even offered to clear our table. Nice folks!!
