I exited I-10 in Beaumont because I was planning to go to Frankie’s Italian- been there and it’s really good! However the traffic was horrible and I would have had to make a u-turn via the I-10 service road so I decided to stop by Mickey D’s instead. Bathrooms were clean, coffee tasted fresh at 5/6pm, cheeseburger was good like I remembered them and my cheese was actually melted on my burger. No complaints from me! Service was great and quick as well!

This McDonald’s refused to let me have an order while dashing. I ordered at the kiosk while waiting for my customers dash. The manager shook her head at me explaining that dashers are not allowed to order food or eat on the job. This is absolutely ridiculous and untrue. I’ve ordered food and drinks at many restaurants including other McDonald’s while dashing, some places even offer discounts to dashers. But just to confirm I went ahead and called door dash to ask what the policy was, and which they agreed dashers are also customers and allowed to eat and shop whilst dashing and that it is no policy of theirs that would restrict their drivers from eating on busy runs. I’ve been a platinum dasher for years and have never had this sort of issue. Management was rude and inconsiderate to try and create rules that don’t exist just to have sense of control over anyone but her own employees.

Have to sit at the drive through window for 5 to 10 minutes before somebody even acknowledges you or take your order. At least in the mornings. I drive off and see others do the same, didn’t even order.

I would leave 0 stars, but doesn’t let me. Staff is very rude, and always has a attitude. They will have you waiting for the longest time, just to tell you they gave your food to someone else. The place is also disgusting. THE WORST LOCATION.

I think this is one of the worst McDonald’s in Beaumont. The customer service is terrible and leaves much to be desired. Every time I go there, they always get the order wrong and are rude. Seriously, where is the supervisor at this McDonald’s? It’s a total disaster. All I see are bad reviews.

Literally the worst McDonald’s in existence and somehow it gets worse every time. Not only are they unbelievably slow, I’m talking twenty minutes for a cheeseburger and fry, but they’re lazy. They told me to wait for fifteen minutes before taking my order just so they could refuse to serve anymore breakfast. And if you’re planning to head there anytime at night, odds are they’ll just be closed hours before the posted hours say they should be. Open till 12am? You’d be lucky to see anyone there any time after 10pm. And if horrible service wasn’t bad enough they consistently make the food wrong every single time. Not once has it been correct. Also they charge extra if you want a large drink with your already large meal. Why do I have to pay an extra 20¢ when I’m already paying for it to be large? Genuinely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had the displeasure and misfortune to go to.
