The drive thru is a joke. They make you wait and then rush you to order. “ Is that it, Is that it, is that it…” thats what you hear every time you order an item.Then you pay and they make you reverse the car and wait for the wave to move forward again.Then they still get the order wrong. I had to get off and go inside to get it corrected. They manhandled the food in the bag and smashed it all to realize they did messed it up. They get offended you want your order you paid for. This always happens here at this location. Please get new management there, these teenagers need support and guidance to deliver good customer service and good food.

Cooks should pay attention to orders…every time we have ordered they always get the order wrong. You ask to add or leave something out and they don’t do it. Also, they tell you to wait after the customer in front of you leaves. I asked one day why and they said something like it makes them look good that the orders are being made quicker than they are. Drive thru taco bell on boronda. I asked for the combo boxes that had checked on their website said $5 dollars surprised as prices have gone up..when i saw the price realized they’re over $9 so i changed my order. When this guy gave the total joking around he said 40 laughing than 30 than he gave the right total..when i got to the window 3 employees just looked at me and had comments and laughed when he opened the window i told him that i wasn’t asking for the deal just letting him know that they have old price on the website..the point is that they laugh at me like Im suppose to know their menu pricing. I did thank him for making fun of me when I left..i worked customer service before and thats not how you threat a customer

Drive-Thru and Dine-In can be hit or miss. I decided to do dine in thinking it would be faster than drive thru but I was wrong. Took 23 minutes to get my food. Drive thru on the other I saw double the drive-thru cars and orders taken. I was better off waiting the drive-thru.

Decent service, but they make you wait about 10 feet before the drive-thru window until they are ready to take your money and give you your food. I’m not sure what prompted them to establish this policy for the last 6 months, but it’s weird and irritating. The only fast food restaurant in the county that does this, that I have been to.

Taco Bell is a good choice to get fast food in a matter of minutes, except when it gets really packed. Most of the time is not really packed, but mostly during night time is when it gets really, busy and your order may take a while before its ready. One time I went when it was packed, my food took about 25 minutes before it got called, so you can get an idea of how long it may take your order to be ready when its packed. Other then that, its a really good fast food restaurant, always clean, with good customer service.
