I use a computer, cell phone and iPad but I find this self ordering is very ridiculous. An couple in their late 70’s had such a difficult time trying to figure out how to order and your staff was not helpful or even friendly to them. Taco Bell has No customer service because you have gone to computers. Even your tea is terrible now. I have been a loyal customer since 1975 because Taco Bell was my first job. I am sorry to say I will not be coming back to one of my favorite places. Please stand next to the machines to determine if it was really worth getting rid of your cashiers. It’s 12:30 on Monday and there are 9 people waiting for their orders so this new technology has not improved service.

Very disappointing trip to our local Taco Bell. There was no staff available to take our orders, had to use the kiosk, no contact with staff. The AC was out as well, it had to be 90 degrees plus inside. They had 2 portable swamp type coolers to try and cool things down. One wasn’t working at all. Food was just fine. the overall visit was very disappointing.

The people in the drive thru are so rude and unfriendly. There’s a man with tattoos that is the most rude of them all. I love this location but the workers make me not want to go because of how rude they are.

Food and service are acceptable but you never know if their going to be open the day you go plus when you place an order on the app sometimes they don’t get it and I have to place the order again at the window. Go to Jack in the Box, their app is flawless and you rack up free food faster.

ordered guacamole for over a dollar extra, got home and no guacamole. this isn’t the first time this has happened. what a rip off. food doesn’t taste as good as it used to either. also charging .45 cents more for green sauce is a rip off too!!! I won’t go back for a long time!!!
