I couldn’t even get food. I waited 20 minutes at the drive through menu and then another 10 just to drive through without ordering. When I asked what was taking so long I was rudely told that the people inside have been waiting an hour. What kind of terrible management is going on here? No taco bell is worth waiting an hour. This is one of my favorite Taco bells to stop at. They always have good food that is hot and tasty. I like the family pack of 6 tacos and 6 burritos. My son loves their soft tacos and I like the burritos. He asks me to take him to Taco Bell quite often. It makes it easy for us to grab a fast lunch that we both like. They also have a drive through which make it fast and easy.

On the same day, I heard an ad for a menu item, the staff told me it was no longer available and had been “gone for a while”. I ordered a different item and the tortillas were stale. Also, why ask if I want sauce if you’re not going to put it in the bag? I went inside to get the sauces they didn’t give me I found a pair of bright LED ads for the item they told me was no longer available! Fail on top of fail on top of fail!

This is by far the worst taco bell, or even fast food place, that i’ve ever been to. They consistently mess up your order, work slow, and somehow can’t even find your order. They have failed me time and time again and at first I felt bad for them because they’re always hiring and need people, but after having my ordered messed up 10+ times I don’t feel as bad anymore, especially when they have 5 people working behind the counter and only 2 cars in the drive thru (that right there shows me that its just them). I’ve worked in fast food and been in their position and I’ve cared way more about the customer experience than I’ve ever seen them show. This entire store is a massive disappointment and I hope the manager cares enough to actually train people well going forward because it’s honestly ridiculous how much this store sucks.
