Ordered on the app, my food said it was ready, but wasn’t there when I got there. Someone must have stole it. After arguing with the staff, they refused to give me a refund or remake my order. I had to call corporate the next day to get my refund. They are also always extremely slow.

This is one of my favorite Taco bells to stop at. They always have good food that is hot and tasty. I like the family pack of 6 tacos and 6 burritos. My son loves their soft tacos and I like the burritos. He asks me to take him to Taco Bell quite often. It makes it easy for us to grab a fast lunch that we both like. They also have a drive through which make it fast and easy.

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The manager is very disrespectful and rude. I couldn’t imagine being in a manager position and being that obnoxious. She laughs and makes jokes with the other co-workers. They also rush you because of a dumb timer. They also never get my order right. The burritos, tacos, and everything else is never filled or fresh. The place always smells like a sewage explosion.

I go to this Taco Bell often and the employees here are the best. Super friendly. Most Taco Bells are hit and miss with their food but this one is consistently good. Probably the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. The employees take very good care of this place.

Where to start… my mobile order was incomplete. It took 2 orders from the drive thru for the lady to acknowledge me. After getting my meal it was wrong. How do I order 2 tacos supreme and get a supreme and a regular. While eating I hear the 3 lady’s working here all loud in the back laughing having a real good time. The shift manager goes up to a kid that just gone to break to give him crap for taking longer then 10 min break. I can hear them arguing about how he took his break at 1226 and it was barely 1232. All the while they aren’t doing anything .

I ordered one of the combo boxes and 3 avocado salsas. The lady working at the drive thru window took awhile with my order, talking to someone inside the restaurant for awhile first. The first thing was that even though I ordered a large Baja dream freeze, the lady poured a bit out after filling the cup down to the first “L” in Taco Bell, which is printed vertically on the sides going up the cup. The second thing then was that my customization was not applied to one of my food items. The third thing was that I did not receive any of the avocado salsas I paid for. It’s disappointing since the other time I went to this location a couple of months ago the service was really good then (there were more staff even though I ordered around the same time).

Went to this location last night food was on point and tasted well. I wanna take time to shoutout Raul who was working the later shift he was super friendly and nice to use when ordering even though we came in right before closing. I really appreciate how friendly he was and how welcomed he made me and my friends feel.
