I’ve visited this location 2 times in the past week. First time I ordered a burrito supreme and added extra beef. What I received was a burrito with no meat but rice. Today I ordered, online, a taco supreme and was given a regular taco. I tried calling store, but no answer or just a hang-up. I would have gone back, but it was inconvenient. Guess I’ll start eat @Del Taco again.

Ok so I don’t usually write reviews for fast food but honestly this is the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. The employee was literally so sweet and asked me how my night was going and we had a little chat about GNC. Usually people arent very friendly when you go through a drive-through and I get it, I’m sure they deal with a lot of rude people. But I just wanted to write this review to tell you how much I appreciated the kindness of this person. Also the food was bomb. Thank you for your genuine kindness during these trying times!

I placed an order at the driver thru and was asked to pull around to wait for “fresh” food. After over 10 minutes I walked in and there was one other customer in line ahead of me. The manager was literally sitting at a table with a friend and after 2 minutes the manager finally stood up and walked to the register to help myself and the other customer. The manager was just hanging out and clearly NOT doing his job. HARD PASS ON THIS TACO BELL!!

Super under staffed. They got two self serve kiosks so I’m guessing the owner thinks they can have one fewer employee. It is swamped with only three people.. drive through around the corner, wait at the counter for three minutes before being spoken to.. will definitely hesitate to come back to this location over others..

Don’t go here I was the only one in line and my nacho fries were completely cold I love 10 minutes away they shouldn’t have been cold I was also missing one of my item for the deluxe cravings box. When I call the manger jesus hung up on me. When I called back he said the food was cold and missing cause they are busy I was the only one in line! He also lied and said he just got there when he was the one who gave me my food in the drive thru.

Nice local TBell. Staff was courteous (and masked!), took the time to ensure my order was correct, and got the food to me quickly. It was a quiet night there but I observed the staff fastidiously cleaning the establishment as I pulled away. They could’ve used the break in customers to lounge but they were instead working hard. Kudos 🙂

This is the closest fast food, so unfortunately I have to come often for a quick food option. The last year, this location has gone totally downhill. They have breakfast decals everywhere but fail to ever put out the breakfast menu, so you end up having no idea what they serve. I’ve experienced this on 7 separate occasions in the last 3 months. I’ve brought it up and they brush it off. Additionally, they don’t serve coffee? Although it’s on the decal on the side of their building. The kids inside also appear to not really care about running the joint. I’ve received half-filled entrees multiple times. After today, I’m done. Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else…the owner should be embarrassed.
