Waited long enough were the guy that sat us had to take our drink order. The waiter finally got to us after 20 mins took our order, the food came out in a decent time, but the pancakes were cold on both plates. After we were done eating, we waited for some time before having to find someone so we could pay and leave. Restaurant is dirty, they seem under staffed and under trained. Will not be returning to this location.

This was my first time at the Medford, OR IHOP and I was very satisfied. My waitress, Gloria, was kind, quick, and polite. I had the sirloin tips and eggs breakfast. The food was excellent and exactly what I ordered. Bathrooms were clean. Checked all my boxes!

We ordered coffee 3 hours prior to closing and was refused to serve us coffee stating they refuse to make any. Cold food, watered down syrup. Very unwelcome, and food was a 2 will not ever return. Completely overpriced untinsels dirty. Couldn’t be any worse.

Disappointed in this particular restaurant. Maybe it was a bad day for the cook. The pancakes , which they are supposed to be famous for, were cold and flat. We asked for extra crispy hashbrowns and that didn’t happen. The coffee had no flavor. The waitress was great though.

The food was pretty okay. We got the pancake tacos, which have a variety of styles, and it goes from sweet to savory to both. I also had a strawberry milkshake, which was amazing!

Food is amazing. The only downside is that after all the restaurants I’ve been to in Medford, this one seems to take the longest, but they make up for it in the quality of the food.

Today was my first time in an IHOP in years. Our server Gloria was on top of everything! Our orders were spot on, hot and fresh! She was very busy but was still on top of any request we needed. Food was cooked to perfection and Gloria was very accommodating! Hot coffee was great, bacon crispy, and she always had a smile on her face! I wish we could have tipped more than 25%, she deserves it and so does the kitchen staff!

They were a little busy but service was super. And the food was just fantastic. Had the chicken breakfast burrito with hashbrowns. Don’t be in a hurry because they are short staffed and running as fast as they can.

Food was great. But service was hectic. Table wasn’t cleaned before due to them being slammed. Seemed to take quite a while to get some of the basic table supplies. But again servers were busy as heck.
