People at this location don’t listen, pay attention, or care. Clearly don’t know how to read either. Kitchen crew needs to improve there skills. The guy who took my order got the order right. Everything I see on the screen was correct. It’s the kitchen workers that do not pay or attention or know how to read or something. I asked for 2 McDoubles, cheese, pickle, onion, and mac sauce only. What do I get? 2 McDoubles with cheese, onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and mac sauce. This is not the only time I’ve been here. I’ve been here 3 times within the last month and everytime I’ve had an issue. Definitely don’t go here at night around 8-9pm cause that’s more where your issues will come from. No one’s cares late at night. They will screw everything up and won’t even bother to care.

I order my meals from the APP, when I got my meals and ready to eat them was after 40 minutes. When they give the food to the customers they definitely didn’t check the order.

Placed a mobile order, customized a sandwich and after having to pull to a spot and wait, the order was wrong. The tag clearly says no ketchup, no bun. The sandwich had only ketchup and cheese. Reading comprehension should be a requirement for working here. This location seems to mess up orders more than half the time unfortunately.

I don’t eat McDonalds really at all. The strips were decent. The fries were okay. The frappe hit the spot. It did take a minute for my food to be ready, but mind you I did order around 12:10 I probably got my food about 25-30 minutes after I put it in the app. I dined in. It did take a while. A few others were saying it had been more than 20 minutes they were waiting for food. I think they might be understaffed? I’m not sure. But with the strips they tasted good. But I feel like I got skimped. Look at the photo. U see that half of strip I got? But i try to give the benefit of the doubt. The lobby was a little busy !

This is the worst run McDonalds I have ever been to. I ordered a simple fish sandwich on the mobile app, then got in the slow moving drive-thru line. I finally got to the speaker. No one ever spoke to me. They kept taking orders for the other lane. I eventually pulled ahead. When I got to the first window, I told the person my mobile order number. He asked if I gave that number at the speaker. I said I had not because no one ever spoke to me and they just kept taking orders for the other lane. He told me I was going to have to go around and get in line again. I had already waited 15 minutes at this point. I pulled ahead after waiting for the cars ahead of me to move away and went inside. After waiting another 5 minutes, with no one else in line, someone finally came over to take my order. I explained what had happened. She first indicated that I would have to go through the drive through line. I said it’s already been over 20 minutes, it’s just a fish sandwich. After going around with her a couple more times, she finally decided to get my sandwich. The service at this location has never been great. But this time it was terrible. I definitely will not waste my time by going there again.

food and drinks are always good but need some better employees . very rude woman at the window , younger hispanic girl with dark hair with blonde lighter pieces by her ears . very disrespectful with minimal care on her customer service. some people weren’t raised right and have no manners and it shows . isn’t a very good look either !

They proceed to give me these yellow wet nuggets after screaming to tell me I can’t order sprite. And they forgot to turn off their headset and said “we should charge him full price and not give him any sauce”. This is literally crazy I used to love the nighttime staff what happened.
