First off the drive thru order taker rushed us to pick something on the menu after we kept saying “one Moment please” Then the food was prepared wrong , the nacho fries taste like they were sitting there all day ,and the chipotle chicken melts we’re literally melted to the wrapping paper. This was the first taco bell in Victorville that I experienced bad service. They need to do better

I took my kids here and had a very disappointing experience. Asked the drive thru worker what kids meals they offer, she informed me they don’t have kids meals at all. Not sure when that changed as I distinctly remember getting kids meals when I was a kid but whatever. I ordered fries for my 2 year old and a bean and rice burrito for my 6 year old, I get home and the fries are covered in nasty red seasoning my toddler wouldn’t eat. Then the 6 year old spits out her burrito and complains it’s spicy, so I try a bite as well and she’s right, they put spicy sauce in it. Whoever was working drive thru didn’t inform me they put spicy sauce in the bean and rice burrito so I wasted my time and money. However my husband ate and enjoyed what the kids didn’t eat, so that’s something I guess. If you’re looking for a kid-friendly place Taco Bell definitely isn’t it, I won’t be going back.

I’m very unhappy with my order come home to open my Mexican pizza combo It is soggy and lazy looking beneath you can’t even grip it not to mention my two tacos are suppose to be supreme and weren’t . Burrito Supreme had spoiled sour cream in it. Took it back, their solution was to give me another one without sour cream. But at least they gave me a free drink refill. Still a ripoff. Not the first time the sour cream has been rotten here, either. Not sure if it’s just this particular location or if Taco Bell just sucks now.

Completely disrespectful to let us order food we get to the window they say they do not have it ridiculous make us order something else not ok to do to customers hopefully there customer service will be handle better by Mangers and employees hopefully franchise owner or cooperate will train employees better and look into why there so low on product and handle these issues
