Hands down our favorite Mexican food place. We have tried so many items off of their menu and nothing disappoints. Any time we have family and friends visiting from out of state this is our go to place to have them experience authentic Mexican food here. Their drinks are also delicious. Oh that salsa too!!! My go to if I feel warm or want something fresh (shrimp cocktail or their chicken salad ooooh my gosh so good) if I am feeling super hungry and want leftovers I go for the chicken and steak fajita combo. My husband alternates between their carne asada burrito or their chimichangas.

My first time trying. Food was delicious! Atmosphere was nice. Didn’t have to wait to be seated. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that we didn’t get ask for refills on our drinks . We needed napkins but wasn’t check on until we were done eating and ready to leave. The service we did get was great though. I would come back again.

One of the best local Mexican food spots in town! This place is a local land mark! I’ve been going here for over 25 years and I always get the Guadalajara Grill! It’s says it can feed two but I get one for my self and I can finish it no problem! The chips and salsa are the best ! Great spot for the whole family! Grandma and Grandpa love it ! Great service! I will definitely be back

Amazing staff. Very accommodating to my needs with my dog. Met some nice people who also met my dog and moved because they had a dog and mine is better with space. Food was amazing highly recommend! Ceviche and fish taco and Heineken 00!

Update recently tried the carne asada taco and for the money it was disappointing. Also tried the fish tacos which in my experience have a crunchy breading and they came with a very soft breading, I would order either again
I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this place yet! I’ve been going here for years and I actually go every week sometimes twice a week. This place has great traditional Mexican food recipes. All the comfort food that you love. I always like sharing great restaurants that can save you money, This is not one of those . prices are fair but for us it’s one of the more expensive places we go because it so good. The service is excellent from all the staff. We go there so much that the wait staff usally bring out things we always order as we are seated before we order it. The photo below is of one of our favorite waiters Armando and his trainee Alexa.
So go look for Armando and give this Restaurant a try.

I’ve had a lot of burritos in my life ok and let me just say their Macho burrito is one of the best I’ve ever had! Today was my first time there. If you’re like me and get torn between options or you don’t know if you want this or that, GET THE MACHO…the half red half green, half beef, half pork was genius and outright delicious!

Everyone was so attentive and friendly. Our waitress Felicia was the greatest! The food was phenomenal!!!! The Molcajete was very authentic Mexican cusine. The flavors were a great explosion to the mouth. I highly recommend!!!! Gerardo was great as well very friendly and knowledgeable! If you want great , tasty, and authentic Mexican food this is the place.

Guadalajara is in Old Town Lake elsinore. It’s been there as long as I can remember. I normally eat the shrimp and steak fajitas. That’s outstanding and plenty of food.
Today We stopped in for lunch and we had a fantastic meal. I ordered the enchilada and eggs and my dad ordered the green Chilean eggs. The service was great and the food was fantastic. Cheers

Oh my we were bot prepared for the portions! Next time we will be splitting one order. What was wonderful was the quantity did not outshine the quality. The food was delicious, I mean all of our meals! On top of the the staff was just great. We will definitely be back!

Mad props to the cook for the grilled chicken and steak plate. So freaking good! The only I didn’t like was how greasy the bell peppers and onions were. That stuff was drenched in oil. Surprisingly the meat rose above that quite literally and was super ‘well done’ like I had asked. If they can maybe get a little more grill and not so much grease on the bell peppers and onions I might come back.. I don’t remember the plate I got but it was like $17.99 which is a good deal for two proteins and fixings. The rice was decent, beans were super good! You get a little avocado. The salsa is surprisingly good. The other thing I wasn’t okay with was no option for bottled or canned drinks. To me, the bottle sugary drinks especially coca cola make a mexican restaurant truly stand out.
