Went through the drive through today August 29th, 2025 at 11am. My family and I ordered $70 worth of food. They asked us to park and they would bring it out. We did. They brought it to us missing a kids meals which the lady went back and grabbed for us. We counted the food and all seemed well. I got home and went to eat my Spicy breaded chicken sandwich and WOW! No CHICKEN? How did this happen? To say I was angry would be an understatement. We live in the mountain so it’s not like I can just drive back, that’s be an hour of my time. Your food is not cheap, the least you could do would be to make sure people get what they are paying for.

This place needs a bit of help… unfortunately my experience here was less than pleasant. Now I understand when people are super busy something you have to rush but being rude just isn’t needed. Starting off we ordered a mobile order for the drive through. Gave it about 15 mins before we went through when we got to the order spot the guy asked us “to give him a moment” and we were okay with that however he proceeded to take the order from the second order spot twice and skipped us and when I said “Hello” he told us to wait again. I decided to go in at this point and when I went in I waited a few minutes and was greeted by a sweet gal with pink hair helped me when she saw me. So i waited about 20 mins for my food to come out and when it was ready this girl just said “Mobile order” and no one moved because no one knew who’s mobile order it was.. then said “Whoever put a mobile order in for the drive through this is yours” put it down and quickly walked away.. which I get your busy. But I said “Excuse me I’m sorry, can I get sweet and sour and ranch” and then tossed them onto the counter not really an acknowledging me. Took my food out to my car and my cheeseburger was incorrect so I took it back and talked to a manger named Amy she was a sweetheart and helped me very well.

The food was good, but the service was the worst.I’ve ever had at any mcdonald’s. I even got my order taken by the general manager Autumn. I simply wanted to order a number two combo substitute a biscuit instead of the muffin for $5. I do this at every mcdonald’s every morning for breakfast. For some reason today, she told me I can’t do that. And I have to pay for the $7 combo. I understand if that’s policy but it’s not policy when she’s not there. I will never go to this mcdonald’s again.

I ordered a Large fry and this is what I received. Looks more like a medium fry at best. I feel like everytime I go to this establishment its dirty. Tables are rarely clean, condiments and utensils aren’t stocked very well. The last time I was in I could hear the employees using profanity and less than professional conversations. This is very frustrating and disappointing not only as a customer but a shareholder as well. Do better Mcdonalds

I waited 15 minutes for my food which was already ordered through the mobile app before I got there. I don’t mind the wait if I was getting fresh food but I didn’t. My food was cold, the patty in my burger was broken and I had to hold it together and there was no lettuce or tomato on it which is what I ordered. For the prices, McDonald’s really needs to do better

Somewhat difficult to order, person at counter kept inputting it wrong; very polite and professional though.
Food came out quickly, oil for fries and nuggets must have been extremely clean and changed recently.
Soda well was nasty, best guess is a customer dumped something that should not go there into it. Restaurant was not busy, dirty well looked like it was done a while ago.

Went through the drive through just now. The girl that handed us our order didn’t acknowledge us and the lid was not even on the coke. The cheeseburgers were cold and the fries stale. The holiday hour sign in the driveway blocked the menu. We couldn’t even eat the food and threw it away. We won’t be back.

This place was disgusting. Garbage overflowing out of the trash, empty ice cream containers, wrappers and cups, condiments like ketchup spread all over every table. It wasn’t even busy at the time, 345pm on a Monday.
