Yes, It’s cheap but the food is pretty ordinary. The staff were friendly enough and the food arrived quickly but you definitely get what you pay for. The premises could have been cleaner too. There was a grifter with baby stroller trying to clean the desk in exchange for some food. Nice outside seating area. The view was on the drive thru and an uncultivated land.

Order food for the family through the app. Took me 15 min to go though the drive thru for the employee tell me everything was in the bag. Got home and was missing 3 of my items. Had to go back. This has been an ongoing issue. I would have rather them park me and get my order correct than to have me drive twice to the restaurant to get my order. Again, 98% of the time I order there they mess it up. Going forward I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and if I do order at this restaurant, I’ll make sure to order 2 items so I get my whole order.

I feel so bad for the workers inside. I am currently still waiting in the drive-through as I write this and it has been 25 minutes in the drive-through. Staff your restaurants better please. If there was an exit lane, I would use it. I am trapped. This is ridiculous.
Update: I talked to the one worker that was assigned a shift. She is the only one on right now working the whole store herself she should be given a raise and promoted to management immediately. I cannot believe that they would staff someone by themselves. What a joke

The People working here are very professional and nice. DeMarcus is great at his job, takes customer service seriously, and should be employee of the month. The food is well prepared and served.

I was hungry it was about afternoon time so my lunchbox I order was great. I made it in time for the classic original crunch wrap & double decker and enjoyed it. The staff were young crowd so couldn’t expect to highly on customer service but they got order correctly.

I thought they handed me a small but they insisted this was their large size, very disappointed. Either I was scammed or they really cut down their cup sizes by a huge amount. I have seen medium sized cups much larger than this at other fast food places. Its almost the same size as a mcdonalds small soft drink cup. I won’t be coming back here anymore, this place has really gone downhill.

I always hesitate ordering from here because every time I do I always get my order wrong or they give me someone else’s order. The last time I had enough of it and went to get my order corrected and the manager there, idk if she’s the manager or not, was either having a bad day or was upset I came to get my order right but she was extremely rude.

The staff here is wonderful! We ordered 3 Power Menu Bowls totally customed via the app on my phone. They came out absolutely GREAT!!!!! THANK DESERT HOT SPRINGS TACO BELL STAFF. John the manager is always has a smile on his face 🙂 Keep up the great work!
