Probably and under the radar Mexican restaurant because its not downtown but nevertheless lovely and cozy. Had already eaten most of my Fajita rib eye when I took the Pic, but rest assured it was an excellent cut of meat that was immaculately seasoned. Shrimp and veggies was a unique touch. Creamy guacamole and mango margarita made it a great meal. Kid friendly, quick service, 5/5 stars.

We stumbled into some of the best Mexican food East of the Mississippi in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This little restaurant might not look like much on the outside but the parking lot was full for good reason.
We started with the chips, salsa, queso and chunky guacamole. The chips were fresh, warm, and tasty. The salsa wasn’t too spicy but it was addicting. The guacamole wasn’t overdone. The flavor of a great avocado shined through.
The quesa birrias and the pizza birrias were highly recommended to us so we gave them a try. They both came with shredded beef, red onions, cilantro and a half a lime to squeeze on top. We really enjoyed them the most by adding the guacamole, queso and salsa.
The prices were very reasonable but their homemade hot sauce was too hot for my palette.
We look forward to returning.

Los Potros was awesome! Server was attentive & super quick. We ordered queso, Jalisco Chimichangas & the Queso Birria Tacos. They were both amazing! Super fresh, super hot, super quick. Dining room was clean & tidy. We will definitely be back!

We go here at least every other month (sometimes more ). Everything I’ve ordered has been amazing—fajitas , tacos , quesadillas , chicken + cheese + rice , burritos , desserts , and a variety of drinks . They’ve also got a great kids’ menu with lots of options .
The service is always fast and friendly , but you never feel rushed. I love how the staff works together as a team . One thing that stands out is seeing the same staff every time—we can tell they love where they work ❤️.

I love authentic Mexican tacos. They are one of my favorite foods, but it is so hard to find them well-made and reasonably priced. This restaurant is one of the only ones in the area. I have found that offers excellent quality at a reasonable price. They are always friendly and ready to help When you go in, so I appreciate the service as well!

Food was great like always, but today was my husband birthday, turning 20 we had his whole family there to celebrate him. The restaurant was so kind to come sing to him and bring him a dessert… everything was fine until a female worker went I between me and my husband to spread whipped cream on his face.. this made him very uncomfortable and unhappy as it did I. I’m not sure why that female decided to come in between me and my husband and touch his face but she needs to be fired. She’s skinny and has the wrong shade of makeup.

SO GOOD ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give Los Potros 10 stars, I would! This may be the best mexican food we have eaten. Anibal and Elisio were fantastic and Anibal recommended the quesa birria & the pizza birria. Both were 10/10! Absolutely delicious. We also ordered the fresh “chunky” guac and it was amazing. Everything was fresh, tons of flavor and we loved all of it.
Great service, excellent food and we have saved this place to our favorites and will make a point to come here when we pass through.

The drinks are huge specials are great. Son had fajitas with steak and shrimp. See pictures for more. Lots of food the enchiladas were great. The chips and salsa never ending. Staff was very polite and nice. Will come again.

Excellent food, prices just went up though, but still a pretty good value. Service is usually good, but last visit female waitress had to be reminded multiple times for more salsa and refills on drinks. Very distracted, the male waiters are much better. Food is always good .

Chimichanga (fajita steak) was stellar. Chile relleno/ poblano was also very good. The chips were crisp and fresh. The salad was fresh and delicious. The Taco however… the ground beef was very mushy like it had been cooked to death in water. Service was amazing and fast on a very busy Sunday.
