My honest review we will be back but only because we really want to like it. The outdoor patio in the back was the best thing of it. It made me and my husband just relax, want to order a beer/cocktail and get some good food. Unfortunately the food did disappoint in that it was just okay. The best was the fries with the burger. We got tuna tartar and it was the blandest food ever, no taste, no nothing. Really big disappointment. I also got the salmon sesame salad and it was okay, again bland taste, nothing that stood out in the dish that made me want to keep diving in and eating until I was overstuffed. My husband’s burger was okay, cowboy burger. The fries were the most spot in dish. It just seems like its a very bland food style. We had desert with cheesecake, yummy though thick and I mean thick crust, too thick. Though the cheesecake itself was yummy. We’ll be back because the ambiance was awesome though I’ve been warned, do not go for dinner it gets packed like sardines. I do wish they had some more fan or cooling/mist for the outdoor portion.

We came here for a quick lunch and I was impressed by the food. We had the homemade raviolis in vodka sauce, fish and chips, and their version of eggs Benedict.

The raviolis were delicious and smothered in sauce. I wish they had the appetizer portion slightly larger for the raviolis. Our server told us it came with 8-12, but my cheese ones came with 6. I highly enjoyed the fish and chips. It was crispy. My husband said it was too greasy for his taste. Finally, the eggs Benedict was good, but not my favorite. I liked the fish and chips and the raviolis so much, I would definitely return!

We came back… yes, again. To confirm my previous review. Spectacular food, the best martini, in a pleasant atmosphere, finishing with a delicious dessert. And this time, we were very well served by Gina, our waitress today, very attentive and very helpful. Don’t hesitate to visit this bar-restaurant. Rating 5 out of 5.

Cute spot with a farmhouse feel and rustic charm. I came here for a baby shower where we had a private space to celebrate. Overall, the food and service was pretty good. I really enjoyed the spinach and artichoke dip. The cheese ravioli was also delicious, but was very heavy with the cream and the cheese. Adding a squeeze of lemon to the ravioli dish made it perfection. The portion sizes were also very generous.

Place is cool food is pretty good but after seeing how dirty behind the outside bar is I wonder how clean the kitchen is. The bartender inside was cool but the chic outside had the personality of a coat hanger didnt say a word to us.

Been taking advantage of the Tuesday Tini’s and tacos lately.. And glad we did. Food is great, and Steve the bartender is top of the line. I just give him an idea and he makes me the most amazing cocktails… PLEASE ask him to make you a coconut lime mojito. You WILL NOT be sorry..

Came in for the first time last night; previously tried the location in Springfield and remembered having nothing but pleasant experiences there.

First of all, I absolutely loved the atmosphere in here. The restaurant has an interesting story if you have a minute to read it (with its history going back to the Revolutionary War) and I cannot really complain as we were put into a quiet room. The food I would say was also pretty decent, I ordered fish and chips and I would say they were great. We also had nachos, which were pretty good, possibly some of the best I had.

The only reason I cannot give this place 4-5 stars right now though is that I do have a complaint about the service. We requested for nachos as an appetizer, but for whatever reason, the server brought them with dinner instead which made having nachos a bit strange. We also asked them to please bring us lemons for our water, while they did say they would bring them over, we didn’t get them until maybe almost the end of our dinner. We noticed the server tending to other tables though which was a bit rude. Another server came over to us and we requested the same thing, but they completely vanished and I don’t think we saw that server again for the rest of our dinner. We had to request to the server again about the lemons, and while they did bring them over, they seemingly gave us a little bit of a tone and came off as annoyed.

I would come back and I am willing to give this place a better review in the future, but right now, I would be lying if I didn’t say I was a bit disappointed with the service.

There were 4 of us, and we opted for the patio. Service was attentive, patient, and without pretense. Other than some clown’s cigarette smoke blowing in our face, it was noisy but happy.
We shared a bottle of Valdo Prosecco, per our server’s recommendation.
We got separate appetizers. Since childhood and the days of Michael’s in Asbury Park, I have loved steamers. These were meaty, and seasoned in butter. Only thing I missed was the bowl of clam broth to clean, and then the butter dip. But I get modern times, it’s ok. My friends shared the hearty portion of spinach and artichoke dip without complaint.
The entrees were excellent, and served hot.
I thought the perfectly grilled salmon, served on mushroom risotto, with spinach and mushroom sauce, was a unique, and outstanding dish with a lovely presentation. I heard no complaints from my friends with the fried variety of the salmon dish, or the tacos.
Nicely done Stage House!

Great local place. Nice staff. Lots of TVs. Seems like it still feels the same and has lots of TVs. Definitely will be back in better weather. Always love the homemade pasta’s & ravioli. Wish ya could get more parking.

Nice historical tavern. Onion soup was topped with fried onions, a wee bit salty for my taste.
Cobb salad with salmon was huge! Turkey club was great, not coldcuts but roasted turkey.
The small room had just 4 tables and was noisy at the lunch hour.
I look forward to checking out their patio dining & weekend live music.
