Customer service is usually phenomenal, dislike the parking lot however and going through the drive through in my truck, it’s a tight turn. Would give it 4 of 5 if they redid the lot by removing the bushes and giving a bit more room to turn, and had a little bit of better parking

I went to Taco Bell today and I received my box that I ordered my fries were old and my crunchy taco had a long hair in it as though it was an ingredient (pictures provided below) I’m not sure if Taco Bell’s corporate office monitors this yelp account but hopefully they will see it because I’m gonna also put it on Google you should never serve food with hair in it if it’s not on the menu!!!! Oh wait human hair is never on the menu!!!!!! This is disgusting this tells me that they haven’t been properly trained on how to tie their hair up when they’re working in the kitchen which also tells me that they are not following all the safety and health regulations that should be upheld in any type of restaurant. I am disappointed that I am not going to get to enjoy my crunchy taco and I am disappointed that I wasted my money on this crunchy taco that came with hair in it as though it was taco seasoning. My previous experience with this location have been pretty good in general but this one put a bad taste in my mouth.

Better check that they made your gordita Crunch right, got home & realized that instead of the Flatbread it was a flour tortilla! Boy I was pi$$ed! How does one mess that up! Went back a 2nd time for 1 burrito & they added beans to it…when online I got the beans put to the side. They gave me it on the side and inside the burrito smh!!! Never again. I went in the morning too, cause I thought night shift was the one messing up but it’s the morning too!

I went to taco bell twice this week and twice they messed up my order. Im not the kind of person to make a big deal out of it so I didn’t say anything the first time, but 2 times in a row with the same order? Tried calling the store, but couldn’t even talk to anyone cause all they kept saying is “ The store’s phone doesn’t work sorry”.
