This Taco Bell visit absolutely hit the spot! Everything was fresh, flavorful & put together with care.
We ordered a solid variety: a grilled burrito, a quesadilla, nachos loaded with guac, sour cream, cheese, tomatoes & onions, an old school fav Mexican pizza, churros, chips with queso & a Mountain Dew Baja Blast. Right away, you could tell the food was prepared well.
The burrito & quesadilla were grilled perfectly & crispy on the outside with a golden-brown toast, but still soft & packed with filling inside. The nachos were layered generously with toppings, so every chip had something on it. The guacamole was fresh & vibrant, the diced tomatoes & onions added a nice crunch & the cheese sauce & sour cream were evenly distributed.

The classic Mexican pizza had a crispy shell without being overly hard, layered with melted cheese & topped with diced tomatoes to give it that classic nostalgic Taco Bell flavor. It’s one of those menu items that reminds you why you keep coming back! The little churro sweet bites were warm & cinnamon-sugary with a nice crisp exterior.

Overall, this location delivered on freshness, flavor & portion size. Definitely one of the better Taco Bell experiences that I’ve recently had, so I’ll definitely be back!

This is THE Taco Bell for NoHo/Burbank, okay? Trust me. They are *slow* slow, but it’s cuz they’re making that food goooood.

The Buena Vista one is faster, sure, and the Lankershim one is open later. But their food is butts. The shredded cheese’ll be all dried and shriveled, nothing will be that warm, the sauce will be all in one pocket so you only get it in one bite.

Look, if the line is wrapped around to behind the speaker, you may not wanna get in it. And sure, I’ve seen a lady crash out and get out of her car to scream at the workers because it’s taking so long.

But I’m tellllliiiiiinnnngggg you, the food is good. It’s warm and fresh, they’re doing it right here.

Especially if there’s 4 cars or less, you’re good to go!!! Enjoy!

You have to ring yourself up. Employees take 4 times longer to make the food than when they were paid to have a casheer. The app sent my order to another location. I had to go to the other Taco Bell to eat cold subpar food. The future of digit surveillance state not-so-fast food.

Recently I ordered a few items, including the nacho fries. After a longer than expected wait – the norm at this location – I received my items. Within 5 minutes I was home and opened them up. The other items were prepared well and were hot and tasty. The nacho fries were given to me in a separate bag; the fries were actually cold and soggy, and the cheese had been flipped upside down and spilled all over inside the bag. It’s clear that they gave me an already-prepared bag of nacho fries that had already been thrown around, and I’m extremely disappointed at their judgement in doing that. I’ve attached a photo of that (admittedly poor quality).

In general, this location is hit or miss.

Service at this location is SLOW. No matter what time of day, no matter how full the drive through is, and no matter how many staff members are in the back, there’s ALWAYS an unexpectedly long wait for food.
Staff doesn’t watch the front counter and even if there’s multiple take-out/pick-up orders waiting in their tray (behind the counter), staff doesn’t come out to give those out.

Food itself typically ranges from average to fine. I’ve had orders from this location that were fine and as expected, and I’ve had a few that were a disappointment.

Parking is a disaster and the drive through line blocks any cars in the lot in. Drive through fluctuates with how busy it is, but it’s usually busy enough that parking is difficult.

Also, there are frequently unhoused people on the sidewalk out front and near or in the parking lot area. One time (admittedly maybe 2 months ago) one of them had followed me to my car and was acting fairly hostile. So on top of it being slow and mediocre service, it doesn’t always feel entirely safe.

The slowest fast food ever. You get trapped in drive thru that does not move. Inside is no faster. No one waits on you at the counter. They just ignore you.

There is something uniquely devastating about ordering taco supremes and getting regular tacos.

In my experience, this location has gotten more orders wrong than all other locations combined.

You can never go wrong at Taco Bell during Happy Hour. The Baja Nlast freeze is my favorite and I get that all the time at Taco Bell. Certain taco bell location freeze machine will be broken from time to time, but this location didn’t have that issue. The drive thru is very different from other location but its roomy enough for a big truck. I didn’t have to wait long since there was only 3 cars in front of me. You can’t go inside because they locked the door so the only option is drive thru. I wish they had pickup if its just a small order like a drink, that would make things so efficient here.

I typically never ate Taco Bell, but the one on Magnolia/Hollywood way in Burbank CA is very nice. It hits all my guilty pleasure sensations. Cheesy, Crunchy, melty. The food at this location is easy on the stomach. You could compare the quality to homemade.
