6 months later, I visited Colby again with my husband and had a burrito bowl. Brisket, black beans, all the veggies, double guacamole, pico de gallo, pickled onions, lettuce and more. Yum! It was delicious. Friendly helpful staff. No complaints! I’ll leave my original review, and add pictures of our lunch today… 5 ⭐ both times.

Super busy but its also the day after Christmas. Line moved super fast though. Food was ordinary. Never had Impoaaible Plant based meat. Not too bad but not too good. Service was great very nice people moving the line quickly!

As a trucker I go to a lot of places and see how things are done in many different environments, I used to like this place, but now you have the rudest people working here, not only rude but smallest portions given in my meal.I know why the portions were so small, at the end of the night they take home whats left over, like the guys next them were doing. They are all kin and or friends. I’m never coming back here again. How many people have to tell you their rude before you fire them?

I actually thought the food was pretty good, but the servers were rude and ripped me off, charging me $5.50 extra for “extra protein” when all I ordered (and received) was the normal amount of protein, just asking for the meat to be physically separated from the nachos & quasadilla for my kids.

I need to avoid gluten due to an autoimmune disease and eating en route isn’t always easy. When I asked for allergen information, the young man was able to explain what I could eat ( gluten free) and also used clean utensils to avoid cross contact. On top of that it was tasty too!

We stopped in on our way home. Normally I don’t have any issues more than it’s a rest stop restaurant, so quality isn’t always the best. Well this last time they were extremely unorganized and yelling at each other in Spanish, including using profanity. They had no organization and orders were given to the wrong people. They are extremely overpriced and the quality of food was sub par I couldn’t even eat my food. I won’t be stopping by this Qdoba again. I will for sure wait until Hays next time.
