I am a truck driver and I frequently stop at this location to grab a bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken, and veggies. I usually have a good experience when the regular staff is working — the service and portions are much better.
However, today I was very disappointed. The young staff working this morning did not prepare the food properly. The vegetables were not cut correctly — the onion pieces were very large with thick layers, and the green peppers were also in big chunks instead of small, properly chopped pieces.
On top of that, the rice portion was extremely small — just a tiny scoop, which is not what I usually receive here.
I also asked for extra onions, but I was incorrectly charged around $3 under “extra protein.” When I tried to explain that onions are not protein, the staff did not handle it professionally.
I visit this place regularly, so I can clearly see the difference in service quality between the regular team and the young staff. I hope management looks into food prep, portion size, and proper billing so customers like me don’t leave disappointed.

While the food came out hot and was good, they were out of items. Overall the staff was very unengaged and you could tell they simply didn’t want to be at work, however the service was fast. Observed multiple things while dining that made me wonder if we made the right dinner choice: employees on their phones right behind the counter (on the line) – while I think gloves were changed after such I am not 100% positive, they were leaning against the food prep with their backsides, a male employee touched his face multiple times while preparing food (on the line) and did not change his gloves before serving customers or handling food/utensils, and while hands may have been washed before brining out new items – gloves were not worn to handle food coming out of the back….overall making the restaurant seem unsanitary/unsavory. But hey, they now serve breakfast!

AVOID THIS QDOBA!
We LOVE QDOBA but this location is the worst we have ever been to.
The food was good, what there was of it, but it took a long time, and it wasn’t a very good experience.
They did not have pinto beans, they did not have tortilla strips, the staff was befuddled and disorganized, they DO NOT even do rewards (so if you’re a rewards member, tough), there’s 9% sales tax and they charge you for the bag if you want one.
Also, because aware that it is part of a food court, and is NOT a stand alone restaurant.
We recommend going to a different QDOBA.

The perfect meal to break up a long road trip leaving you satisfied and full! I ordered the salad with the steak and spicy ranch to top it off. It tasted so fresh and packed with flavor! The service was quick and there are plenty of places to sit and eat. Definitely recommend to satisfy your hunger and keep you full for hours.

Food has always been good. Love coming through here just cause it’s something different and the staff is always good. Even the one time I was having issues with my card about a month ago and the place was set to close in 1.5 hours. A bit pricey? Maybe a tad, but, it’s at a truck stop, hence truck stop prices. General seating area has also usually been pretty clean.

Needed some lunch on our road trip and decided to do Qdoba in the Oasis travel center. We hit at a busy time bit the staff could handle the rush, the food was very good but the staff weren’t real friendly, it was all business with them and the food court very busy and noisy with all the people coming in, though and out. As soon as we walked up to the counter the 2 young ladies at the counter walked away. When one of them finally came back she did not greet us. She spoke so quietly that neither on of us could hear her. She didn’t take the initiative to explain anything. The food was OK, but bland. You could use some employees that are proud of where they work. Those girls showed no emotion and could care less about being there. Even going so far as to roll her eyes like we were bothering her. Sorry but you lost a couple of customers today.

Truck driver I always stop here to fuel and get a bowl but this time first actually I was trying the breakfast burrito i asked for beans and the lady ( hispanic) i am hispanic speaking spanish in that moment with her she told me NOT you can’t get beans at this time or with breakfast I was like what?? Ok charge me extra I don’t care, not I can’t put beans in your burrito, i was like whattt?? Company Policy shes said, I feel like in a shop getting a tire but not being able to to buy a damn headlight! There is my burrito in the trashcan, please don’t get that damn breakfast its taste bad just get the regular food they have.

Chicken was overcooked but also undercooked. Think they combined two batches. The fountain drink was nearly flat. You guys need to turn up the CO2 or replace the tank. Other customers noticed also. Kinda pricy for such small portions. Had to ask for more sauce and rice because hardly any was put in the food.
