I come to this location every single day and order the exact same drink: a venti Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with cold foam. If you know this drink, you know it’s mostly ice with espresso and a splash of oat milk. When you add cold foam (which costs extra), there’s no room in the cup.
If they leave room for the foam, they don’t add enough oat milk — and it ends up tasting like straight espresso over ice. That defeats the whole purpose.
About eight months ago, I started asking for it in a trenta cup so there’s actually space for the drink to be made correctly. Today I was told no — and oddly enough, they called me “Jennifer.” My name is not Jennifer. I drive a bright yellow car and come here every day. I’ve lived in this area my entire life. I’m not exactly an anonymous customer.
This is the only Starbucks in the area that consistently gets my order right, which is why I keep coming back — even after the occasional frustrating experience. But when I’m spending $20+ a day, asking for a larger cup so my drink can be made properly doesn’t seem unreasonable. The drink is mostly ice anyway.
At these prices, customer consistency should matter. This experience was disappointing and makes me question whether it’s time to cut the Starbucks habit and try 7 brew.

Ordered online for quicker experience. Order took 10 minutes longer than the expected time listed on the app. Nobody checked on me until I had been waiting 7 minutes. Tip: Use the drive thru…might actually get you what you need in the expected time.

I’ve been coming here ever since it opened. The staff is friendly, very clean, can be busy but there’s so many new starbucks opening on route 360 that it keeps this starbucks from being too much. What I do like is that when they stop serving the limited time drinks, they’ll keep making them for me if they have the ingredients to do so.

This location used to be my regular one when I worked close by it and it was always great! However, I went by today while in the area and placed a mobile order ahead of time. I went through drive-thru when I arrived, being the line was long I knew it would give them ample time to prepare my one drink. When I got to the speaker I told Josh I had placed a mobile order and his exact response was, “It’s not ready. Maybe give us more time between placing and picking up your order next time.” I was nothing but kind and simply don’t understand the need to be rude.
