I just stopped in for lunch and was left standing at the counter for several minutes with my card in-hand. When someone finally came over, they walked me back to a kiosk and offered to demonstrate how to use it. It was patronizing, insulting, and an extra hassle. They weren’t busy. There was one person already eating in the dining room and 2 cars in the drive-through. The person who couldn’t take my order went back behind the counter and idly rearranged pump bottles. I ended up going elsewhere.

Julio told me to he couldn’t take my order, he was too busy working drive through orders. He told me to order through the Kiosk, seconds later a family of four walks in, Julio notices them up in the order counter and calls a lady from the back to take their order. What the heck I was not happy at and I let them know that. I was so upset my hunger went way! No justification for picking favorites and poor customer service.

It’s TacoBell. Meh food. Just stopped here for a pee and quick snack while driving from San Diego to SLO. Turned out to be not so quick, not sure why it took 10 min for 2 bean and cheese burritos. There was no one in line and only one car in the drive through.
